    Amazing that the "end positon" copper electrode can withstand such heat and pressure during so many production cycles. Also surprising that the axle hubs aren't distorted when dumped in the basket while still above red heat. Makes my DIY MOT spot welder feel a bit intimidated 😲

    How is the end of the shaft heated? Induction heating?

      Hi there! Is heated by joule effect. The electrical current is flowing from the copper clamps across the bar edge to the left copper contact touching the bar head

    Like this is hard, I could do this in my break drum forge in one heat and a 3 pound hammer, then I woke up. Amazing processing, wish I could get such even results.
