The game 126 as Inca was really epic. One of primary reason Filthy was able to defend because he rushed Great wall. I am fairly sure he ll die to Cole's camels in the mod since the Great wall has been changed.
I know this is a fairly old comment, but +1 happiness per lux for 10 odd luxs is okay but it comes after other policies that he doesn't particularly care for, but doesn't compare to policies that add +1 happiness for multiple buildings, especially when Filthy has 10 cities. You also have to consider that it comes at the end of exploration, which has a couple of fairly useless filler policies.
@@DanielRBW Yeah I don't remember the context of his options at the time (or if this is modded or not) but I think I was just commenting that he never even mentions or seems to consider the finisher as part of taking those policies, like maybe he overlooked it.
@@stefanosg1432 He talks in one of the previous videos about his opinion of the explo tree. He thinks the finisher is ok, but not at the cost of 5 policy points.
