Hi, I was the last tenant in this apartment. The sound insulation is really awful, you can hear everything upstairs... In addition, this is actually legally a 1 bedroom apartment - since there is no closet in the second bedroom.

This was the top floor unit, there is no one living above this unit.
Although there is no closet, Legal bedroom in massachusetts do not require a closet in the bedroom.
