Another day, another "Avoid mistakes" WuWa video.
I mean many ytber with tons of sub are making a lot of mistakes bc it's sounded reasonable to them and they heard it from some reliable source (cn) and thinking it's gospel
One thing i will say about this game is to focus on crit rate rather than crit damage, or even a perfect ratio. So many characters in this game are more "death by a thousand cuts" rather than a single huge attack. It's better to crit MORE than to crit FOR MORE. Obviously later on into the endgame when we can min max our stats the perfect ratio will be the best, but for now just focus on getting as much crit rate as possible even with 0% crit damage.
You're the best WW channel rn I hope you keep on making lots of more vids like eplo guides😊
Interesting hadn’t considered the interim 3333 dmg% til we can get a proper 43311 but it does make sense. It also seems like the only one who could use 44111 effectively is Baizhi on the ER set to get 2x healing bonus & take advantage of the flat HP on the 1 costs.
i feel like if you did tutorial videos for software engineering, i'd watch it with full attention
i just realized its like trying to collect the 5 pieces of exodia xD
Holy crap I was just doing optimization for calculus HW 😭 flashbacks.
Im just gonna go for the main stat. Best way to go for the start
Well the +60% damage for outro skill is nice tho for hacov rover
yeah, this game may be THE HELL GRINDING.
I watched vid about CN calculation with 44111 cr cd 3x atk was 7& higher dmg than 43311 on havoc rover
dear god i hope i didnt " MAKE THIS MISTAKE! " . I better watch😂
I find the hard part to actually be having enough exp and tuners for the echoes rather than finding the golden echoes in the right set. Compared to genshin, where you can just throw trash artifacts in as exp and don’t need a limited resource like tuners to get the sub stats.
This guy got trolled so hard he actually started running 3333....
Thanks for the guides.
Might be easier to visualize if you could use a visual example to compare the damage / numbers.
Also do you have any tips on getting Echo Exp apart from Tacet Fields?
like, data bank EXP, or the mats for leveling echos?
Data bank is just tracking down the list of captured echos getting higher rarities.
Echo Exp Mats is.....its just not good. The only things that drop it in decent amounts are tacet fields, and in slightly lesser amounts, the weekly bosses, then in EVEN LESSER amounts the ascension mat bosses.
Tacet fields drop gold, Weeklies drop purple, and ascension bosses drop blues....
Personally, i think there needs to be a dedicated spot for farming echo exp in large quantities, probably alongside the weapon exp/money/player exp location.
@@ajallen212 Yeah the echo leveling exp.
Tenten's made some suggestions for echo builds but I'm stuck here looking at my exp mats thinking I can maybe at most get 2~ to +25. As such, I've been playing with mostly +0s waiting to find the perfect stats to attempt leveling and tuning.
So to summarize things up:
Right Stats is better than set bonuses. But having a good stats and set bonuses is even better?
43311 messed me up a bit (got trashed when using the transformation a aiming for whole combo) so I've been using rainbow 3*4 but now after learning the CANCEL mechanics xD 43311 seems feasible
It seems like 4, 3, 3, 1, 1 is what your supposed to do based off the cost limit but you could possibly go 4, 4, 1, 1, 1 too for more crit stats. Seems interesting but probably not so good haha
Edit: Ah you said it in the video oops
my 4 4 3 1 setup hitting like a truck
i have 44111 all my 1 cost has crit and cd that's why i use it all my 3 cost is shit
@@minoajin4914yea someone needs to experiment for me element 30% from 3 cost seem too good to pass.
true if its not even.. it's not a Square but a Rectangle..... also a box can be made of a mix of Squares and rectangle... so you should use a Square or a Cube metaphor instead! also a cube made of rectangle is called a cuboid
I have farmed Havoc DMG Roseshroom with Havoc set for 2 days already but ended up getting a bunch of Glacio DMG Roseshroom with Glacio set but not a single Havoc DMG one LOL, I'm suffering now.
Im just waiting for a the free 5 star weapon for crit. After which I'll have 75% crit chance and 240% crit dmg
I have 5 piece for Calcharo 48cr 223cd with 4star Atk weapon
The content farmers still at it
At the current moment, I have Echo Sets i would like to level.
What would be the best way to farm Echo exp material? (Above Union Lv30 + Lv18 Data Bank.)
I have 4set of aero set only missing 1 echo that cost 1 for 5set bonus for jiyan..
His stat paper is now
Atk 1445
Def 861
Er 150.5%
Crit rate 50.1%
Crit dmg 216%
The only 4* echo was ER couse is really really hard getting ER echo for 5* men.
Didn't mention energy regen... most important stat to ensure is on at least 2 or so of the pieces.
Unless you have resources to upgrade your echoes, making the 5 set is just a free damage boost. Since your echoes will be lvl 1 when you're broke ;D
I got 4 Aero dmg bonus on aero set pieces and only 3 1star atk% pieces… RNG is a weird drug sometimes
Do you go 4x3 even on the sub dps and support or only the main dps
I understand it's early days yet but I am curious about whether it's better to put characters like yuan wu or mortefi on support sets with bird or going for damage sets.
Thoughts on 4431 setup?
You must talk about the havoc rover
UPDATE: With the recent update, Lingering Tunes with the Mech Abomination echo (cost 4) proves to be even better than the elemental sets for certain characters!
(percentage compared to the elemental BIS set)
1. Calcharo: +2.57%
2. Danjin: -1%
3. Rover Havoc: -2%
4. Jiyan: -4%
Honestly, it's definitely better to go for the Lingering Tunes set; it's very effective AND offers the best flexibility (1 set for all your main DPS) !
The issue is I plan on getting Yinlin for calcharo so there will be a lot of swapping.Plus it easier to farm one set for two characters.
I can't wait to found out that i already did the mistake!
what, so 1 costs cant give flat atk or cr/cd%? I've been looking for those and recycled all others wtf
Isnt the attack set good early game since you can switch it between characters in tower of adversity
is forcing 5-piece set okay before you're like UL30 though? since at that moment you aren't really farming echoes too hard yet.
what can I do to my unwanted Upgraded Echoes?
Ah yes! Another "Avoid mistake" video after I've already done the mistake 😂
my guy said children calculus book while im here a grown ass man having a hard time understading this children book D:
meanwhile other youtubers promoting lingering tunes a 'fits all units for tower later' kinda deal.. also moonlight is better than the rejuvenating one for verina? would u ever use rejuv?
I’m using calcharo and I’m not sure if I should use thundering mephis as my main echo because prydwen says to use flautist echo
Stop following guides when the game is fresh just do what you like or think is stronger
I was wondering about this too. I'm probably gonna for Thundering Mephis rn bc I've seen that used in some yt guides
i mean, common youtubers like TenTen can only assume. they only need to dish a lot of videos.
prydwen on the other hand, done real tests
Been running a 4,4,3,1 setup, and since im farming dreamless nonstop, this works for both my havoc rover and danjin. Been able to reach around 50% crit rate and 200% crit damage with minimum effort :>
I mean mind as well just go 4,4,1,1,1 since you get 30% element dmg from 5 set no?
@@TTlvY ooh you have a point, ive been unlucky so far so I dont have many 1 cost echos that are attack% in that set, but I'll go for that when I have the chance!
@n8zong guys let me stop you before you do that you want 3 3 because they are the only ones that roll with element damage mainstay you can get 70 percent damage from 2 3 cost
@@greynook9852 Yea i was wondering how diff the dmg would be. Trade off is like
22% crit + 150 atk (4cost) + 18% atk (1cost) vs 60% elemental + 200 atk (2 3 cost)
@TTlvY I'm currently running 55 crit 180 crit damage at 70 percent ele damage without set bonus and the damage is definitely there
i wonder if they will expand the echo sets and give us new ones in the future because rn it seems like there is not much room for that
wdym, why not?
Crit%
Echo%
HP% based ones
Intro/Outro/Concerto based ones
Energy Regen based ones
Def% based ones
Shield based ones
Skill based ones
Proc based ones
Attackspeed% based ones
Heavy/basic/Ult based ones.
Like.. the list wouldn't end.
A set could be based around something stacking up while the character is not on the field, and each second he is on the field it will drop down a bit.
@KrayZee33 these are great ideas after playing the little rogue lite mode i gotta say the most fun one would be attack speed for sure it can completely change the character and what you can get away with and stuff it would be really freaking nice
I bought the 2 echoes selection box from the illusive realm after clearing the 4th difficulty and chose the havoc set for both of them. This made it less rng when it came to obtaining decent pieces for the 3 cost echoes.
not gonna lie, if they made 4piece stats instead of 5piece, it would be much less grindy to go for godroll stats.
ive done these in both destinies, i dont wanna be doing them here (not that it would be hard, it would be just a hassle)
Yo im like mid game rn but where do i get the crownless with the yellowish gold outline? I do the tacet and just get green outlined crownless
You need to have your data bank at 15 or higher to have a chance at getting gold/yellow echos
Wouldn't 4 4 1 1 1 get better if specific element buffers like yinlin come out
not me using havoc character and pick other than havoc echoe because it has havoc boost damage 🌚 "fuk the set , we going full damage with this one 🗣️🗿"
Tenten quick question about calcharo how much electro DMG he should have currently sitting on 92% without one 3 cost and planning to get yinlin should I get electro DMG or atk% 3cost
Demo some benchmarks please
what about the energy recharge 5 set for sub-dps like sanhua and mortefi?
Its very good, you should have it at least on one character of your team. Equip it on your subdps or buffer unit.
Two questions, at the end of the vid he says to put the corresponding element set onto the character. For the subdps slot, would you use the element damage set, or moonlit set?
Currently running two teams, team 1 Havoc MC, Sanhua, Verina/baizhi. Team 2 Jianxin, Mortefi, Verina/baizhi. For both Sanhua and Mortefi I'm a little confused on what to run.
Second question is a follow up, if you use element damage set on subdps, would you use moonlit on the healer, or rejuvenating glow?
So, if your team involves swapping sub dps into main for a buff, like sanhua basic amp > encore or danjin havoc amp > rover you would run the healer set so the main dps would get the amp, if you run moonlit the attack buff goes onto the sub dps instead of the carry
@@zenitheclipse9642 wouldnt you just put the healer set on the support and the moonlight set on the subdps?
I do agree about at the current state 44111 is not worth it because the low base attack. But if you run 5 elemental set, you get 40% damage bonus anyway. If you put 2 elemental bonus set, you get additional 44%.. But to achieve this isn't easy task AT ALL as you said.
Lingyang guide when?
How about main havoc in the nuke build, it's rotation is barely use basic attack or heavy attack to make use of the havoc set. So should i use 2 2 set instead?
it takes 1 second to basic > E > Dark Surge > R and you get 3 stacks, and you want to be in dark surge for the buff it gives to the R for the nuke build anyway
@@zenitheclipse9642 but the havoc set said that upon using Basic Attack or Heavy Attack so we can get only 1 stack from that combo right? does active the dark surge mode also count as a heavy attack
Where is the Danjin guide bro? 😭😭😭
Where is Danjin guide?
Looks like a lot of work...
Umm no i have crit rate on 3costs
HUGE MISTAKE BRO
Where are the danjin Videoo
Is a 4 4 1 1 1 good ?
This is the thing I hate most about the game, keeps you playing by the wrong reason
My mortifi is S6 has crit rate 56.4% crit dmg 213% wondering how I got it following this dudes instruction bruh
Edit: Er 183%
yuh
Basically, same shit as genshin, star rail: rainbow set
Is there an optimal crit ratio to aim for or is it different for every character?
remove 100 from crit damage, then half that number thats how much crit rate you want, so 150 crit damage = 25% crit rate, 200 crit damage, 50% crit rate, if your character's unique skills or passives give a crit or crit damage buff you need to take that into account
@@zenitheclipse9642 have you heard anything about the supposed 60% crit rate cap? or is it fake news?
HUUUUUUUGE MISTAKE!!⚠⚠📉
Bro's wig so fake it makes bald people proud.
shouldnt the 5pcs set be only 4pcs because right now any echo on the wrong set is completely useless so there is no reason to kill most of the echos in the game after you get the 5 star once, and also any elemental dmg on the wrong set is also useless. i hope they change it to 4pcs in the future
you dont need 2x 3cost elemental dmg bonus, you fine with just 1 since the bonus from 5 piece set will give you this elemental bonus anyway, so its worth
Need a video for how to animation cancel with calcharo
If that video was out 4 days ago sure, but game has been out for long enough for u to have a complete set of legendaries, i have grinded 3 (crit elem elem atk atk) sets already, just takes 2-6 hours per set, better than investing in offset pieces and then scrap them
Do you even look at the camera or are you looking at a script but forgot to look at the camera?
i'd honestly say you're downplaying the Lingering Tunes (ATK set) a bit, mainly because you can use the 2-piece effect to mix and match with your elemental set bonus until you get something useable, and you can even improve the 3/3/3/3 setup you mentioned by making the echoes be 2pc of your DPS's element + 2pc Lingering. there's also the fact that you can make a "universal set" out of the Lingering pieces that you can use on any character, which, while it may not be the strongest setup, you can put them on one character in Tower of Adversity, clear a specific floor, then unequip them to give to a different character on a different floor. this lets you take advantage of the fact that while you have limited times to use a character in the Tower, you can _still use everything equipped to your old character on a new one._ this includes weapons and echoes.
You are NOT entirely correct:
1. The Lingering Tunes set is not bad at all. According to calculations on Prydwen, elemental sets are only slightly better. For example, they are 3.6% better for Danjin, 4% better for Calcharo, and 10.4% better for Jiyan. Compared to your current set (3-3-3-3 elemental with no set bonus), the Lingering Tunes set is superior because of its bonus set.
2. Essentially, you sacrifice a small amount of damage for a set that works on any DPS character, which is a significant advantage in the early game. The smartest strategy is to build one good Lingering Tunes set for all your main DPS characters and THEN build a set for each element.
3. You need three teams to run the Tower of Adversity, meaning you will need three full sets of Echo (or at least two if you use two Havoc teams). Running the same element (two Havoc teams, for example) will result in a 25% loss of bonus on one tower, but you could mitigate this with Jiyan on the Aero Tower or Calcharo on the Electro Tower.
4. Additionally, some players (myself included) have pulled the Emerald Sword (crit rate) and Jiyan’s signature (crit damage). You can also use Broadblade#41, which provides energy for Calcharo and Jiyan, so not all weapons grant ATK%.
5. Lastly, I don’t play Verina, so I don’t benefit from the ATK% buff, but I believe I’m in the minority in this regard 😂
Conclusion : first, prioritize flexibility by building one Lingering Tunes set for your DPS, one Moonlit Clouds set for your sub-DPS, and one Rejuvenating Glow set for your support. Afterward, aim for elemental sets to increase (slightly) your damage output.

I noticed it today as well... 4-4-1-1-1 is indeed pretty bad.
It just can't compete with 60% elemental damage from two 3-cost.
I was so happy to find a good Dreamless and good Crownless Echo for my Havoc character... but it's just not worth it.
I am clearing every single 3 cost enemy on the map for the relevant sets every single day and let me tell you, from the almost thousand 5 star echoes I farmed, the 3 cost %atk ones I can count on a single hand, not to mention all the elemental dmg combinations... also rerolled an unethical amount of 1 costs for crit stats and people saying genshin is bad... oh boy you're in for a ride optimizing your characters :D But it will probably bump up a bit with the 80% chance at UL40.
After 4 days of farming, i've only obtain only 1 good elemental bonus echo with CR/CD/ATK/X. I've completly used all my tuners and echo exp (100% explo everywhere). Yea its a nightmare fuel.
@@blackister4768 oh yeah and I didn't even mention tuners. You have to be extremely cautious managing those, since they are prettylimited...
@@dshearwf Yea, and they gave us plenty of purple and blue turners that are completly useless.
I hope they will be generous with these, because using 10 for 1 stat for X amount of echoes you are trying to farm is very expensive at the end of the day.
How can you use the wrong echo sets, i don't understand. Read and you'll understand what your character needs.
If you tell me "i deal no damage" and i see that you have equiped Aero set on Calcharo, yea just uninstall the game and go back to genshit.
Its very easy to build a character in the game, but getting the right stats will always be time consumming.
Elemental damage set for Mdps. (4 3 3 1 1 or 4 4 1 1 1), main stats Crit rate, crit damage, elemental damage, ATK / DEF / HP depending on the scaling of that character.
Buff set for Support. (4 3 3 1 1), main stats Recharge, ATK / DEF / HP depending on the scaling of that character.
Heal set for healer. (4 3 3 1 1), main stats Healing bonus, Recharge, ATK / DEF / HP depending on the scaling of that character.
Not that hard.
To add more to it, 4 4 1 1 1 is much easier to build for the beginning of the game because you won't have to worry too much on farming for days to get the right cost 3 echo with the correct elemental damage. 4 3 3 1 1 is very tedious and time consumming, it will take you a very long time to get what you need so use 4 4 1 1 1 for now until you are lucky enough.
Yeah. In genshin there are cases where for example your water unit wants to use the electro set or something but in this game it's pretty straightforward. Just use element set on element character
@@XLinkiboy Genshin is more open on how to build characters. The game is much simpler and give you more freedom on how you can play/build your characters. Wuwa is straightforward, if you build wrong, you are wrong and that will lead you to being useless.
honestly, you talk so fast and it's just really hard to understand anything when there's so much cramped up info with stats and gearing. not all of it of course but some parts of the video
Doesnt this burn out your echo leveling materials as is...like I only see this useful *IF* you want to rush the endgame content
isnt it better to just target farm and wait for the good 3cost to drop?
