RIP Laenor, hope he had a blast on Essos with Qarl while he lived. Poor Seasmoke, missing him all those years, and then sense his death. No wonder he sought out Addam, there really is something familiar there. Can't wait to see how Addam will be as a dragonrider!

I love this episode! I knew that something was going to happen between Rhaenyra and Mysaria and it was such a sweet moment for Rhaenyra. I love Seasmoke claiming Addam as his rider. Aemond is full on villain but he's smart to bring back Otto. I hope Rhaena has a chance to claim the wild dragon in the Vale. All in all a solid episode!
Aemond is TERRIFYING. I'm kinda looking forward to Team Aegon/Larys fucking with shit, lol! Ser Stephan got punked by Seasmoke, he had already chosen Addam - he knows that's Leonor's half brother and he's been flying around searching for the right moment, remember Addam saw Seasmoke flying when he was digging for clams😉

I was falling over laughing when Alicent got fired. Sea smoke is the shining star of this episode. He said I'll show you a black job lol. I'm wondering why no one has heard from Otto yet. I think Larys might have done something to him. Aemond wants him back but Larys is sneakily trying to become hand so he wouldn't want to see Otto back

Addam who has sea smoke now .. is corlys son .. Allan and Addam are both leanor half brothers.. so seasmoke claimed Addam as his rider
On top of that:
1) the Velaryons are also from Old Valyria, like the Targaryens.
2) The Velaryons and the Targaryens have intermarried multiple times over. The mother of Aegon and his sister wives was a Velaryon, who was also half Targaryen.
I think Aemond forgot that the only reason why certain houses only pledge to the greens is because of Vhagar so of course he has to be on the front line that's the responsibility of being the only weapon the greens have.
They have been adding new things to that tapestry in the opening credits. I noticed some new stuff after the baby's decapitation

The large wild dragon in the vale has to be sheep stealer, the brown dragon that a gril named nettles was supposed to ride but her character I likely cut from the show. I think rhaena will claim sheep stealer.

I'm not sure, but I think, from the bones of sheep in the Vale, that they are placing the wild dragon, Sheep Stealer, in the Vale, rather than on Dragonstone, like the book, and bonding him with Rheana. If that is the case I'm gonna be very bummed, because that would mean they've written out one of my very favorite characters, Nettles/Netty, and given her character's role to Rheana, which will try subconscious for reasons I shant elaborate now.
If you think about it, Rhaenyra simply sent the food that she had already been blockading.
I think Daemon is actually trying to build an army for Rhaenyra, not himself, but Alys is tapping into some deep subconscious darkness and guilt, but not a reality. I don't think these are Daemon's true feelings, but deeply suppressed emotions that he always resisted expressing. Except when he finally acknowledged to Viserys' ghost that he should have been there for him when Aemma passed. Perhaps this will make him realize he should be there for Rhaenyra.
As a fan of The Last Kingdom, it's kinda weird seeing Ewan Mitchell as a cold ruthless character like Aemond. Aemond and Osferth, aka Baby Monk, are polar opposites in character.

It's fantastic! Top notch writing, acting, and overall production... and I'm a snob when it comes to shows. You are currently watching two of my favorites, House of the Dragon, and Sons of Anarchy...
But, itmf you want my top suggestion. My #1 all time favorite show, (And my fervent request,) it's The Expanse... if you dig sci-fi.
The original concept for The Expanse was for an MMPRPG, but after doing immense and immaculate research the co-authors, Ty Frank and Daniel Abraham, realized that wasn't going to happen due to funding, so they turned it into a tabletop RPG.
After playing the tabletop game with friends, including George R.R. Martin, (Ty Frank was his assistant), they had a cool storyline and characters, so they turned it into a novel series, (9 novels, 7 novellas, and 2 short stories.)
The novel series was so popular it was made into a TV series, (now on Amazon,) which was so popular it was made into the Telltale RPG you are playing, bringing it full circle back to original concept.
(The game, btw, takes place before the events in the books/show.)
... plus, it has a non-local quantum hologram operating via phase-conjugate adaptive waves resonating in the micro-tubules in this dude's brain.

In terms of the Seasmoke, I think dragons choose their riders just as much as the riders choose them. Seasmoke misses Laenor, he was kind, but also had a fun side to him.
I need Haelena to stay with Rhaenyra she'd be safer there.
Also for the love of all the dragons can we drag Daemon out of Harrenhall already? Caraxes was all excited to get the hell out of there. I did enjoy seeing Viserys again tho.
