Yeah, I haven't been able to get an IT job ever since I got my degree. The only time I did was a contract position and I don't think they knew I was black...They hired me over the phone...besides that no luck...plus I live in Texas and positions like that they want to keep everyone nonblack and if black they might be immigrant black...not American black like myself.
@Pup Pup Man Just like I said they don't mind having black Immigrants....just not American black like myself...you are just as racist as whites I can already tell.
I am black no degree and IT jobs claim to hiring managers that I am the only qualified candidate. Today, you must have certs and a great resume. I put out one resume and get interviews 90 percent of the time. Now I am the highest paid tech.
They will continue using every excuse in the book to avoid doing what's right. How much longer do we wait ✋🏻 fairness? They'll import others from afar before they extend a seat at the table to us. I think it's time for us to do our own thing. 😶
First of all just because a person is running a company doesn’t mean anything especially when the black and to her to say that he was winning that’s stupid to say until the other guy that was asking him questions about we got a black president. What does that mean?
But who is management and the owners? Any of color? NBA players are rich but are bottom tier. Wealthy is the manager / owner who writes alllll the checks for those mortally black players.
Sports are the only fair arena for competition because it’s physiological. Racism manifests itself in the corporate sector because society has never distributed education, capital, or economic opportunity evenly. Horrible analogy.
But their is. There are more white players now. And you have to be very good to catch eyes. How many mexican players you see in the NBA ? Ahhh okay then.

Bull. If you're a black man with a degree and tech skills to match, large tech companies are clamoring for you.

Just by looking at this SBA loan and how they distribute the funding we will see how racist it is.
How about we start being fair and hire people based on skill and not hired based on skin color.
It's almost as if it's extremely unfair when people with a certain skin tone get advantages over others. 🤔

@@kittylvoe456 Yeah, that’s what black people have been arguing for since slavery. What are you talking about?
Companies don't give a damn what you look like. They want to make money. This is just BS.
Lol we’ve been asking for that. Hiring just based on skill wouldn’t fit a racist managers agenda
