Yeah, I haven't been able to get an IT job ever since I got my degree. The only time I did was a contract position and I don't think they knew I was black...They hired me over the phone...besides that no luck...plus I live in Texas and positions like that they want to keep everyone nonblack and if black they might be immigrant black...not American black like myself.

Bull. If you're a black man with a degree and tech skills to match, large tech companies are clamoring for you.

I am black no degree and IT jobs claim to hiring managers that I am the only qualified candidate. Today, you must have certs and a great resume. I put out one resume and get interviews 90 percent of the time. Now I am the highest paid tech.

Just by looking at this SBA loan and how they distribute the funding we will see how racist it is.

How about we start being fair and hire people based on skill and not hired based on skin color.

It's almost as if it's extremely unfair when people with a certain skin tone get advantages over others. 🤔

They will continue using every excuse in the book to avoid doing what's right.
How much longer do we wait ✋🏻 fairness?
They'll import others from afar before they extend a seat at the table to us.
I think it's time for us to do our own thing. 😶

Sports are the only fair arena for competition because it’s physiological. Racism manifests itself in the corporate sector because society has never distributed education, capital, or economic opportunity evenly. Horrible analogy.
