Who’s ready for some sleep hypnosis? So, I’ve done many videos such as this in the past family.. but none where I made it simple to follow. Many have said in past videos that some of my manipulation hypnosis types were difficult to follow, so this time, I made this as simple and relaxing as I could. I would like to apologize for my hair though, my studio was a whole 95 degrees F when I went in because I left the heat on 😂, I was short on time and had to get through it. I really loved doing this video though. With that being said, if nobody has told you that they loved you today, know that I love you. With all of my person. I agree!! I used to prefer headphones but too many times they’d fall out of my ears defeating the purpose or I’d wake up with my iPhone headphones wrapped around me & I didn’t wanna accidentally strangle myself in my sleep lol so now I just lay my phone on my night stand & use the speaker. Hearing it from a distance makes it more tingly for me now 😍
I prefer listening with headphones for certain ASMR creators who are really quiet. But Karuna is one of my favorites partially because I can hear her triggers without headphones.
You know it’s a good video when you can’t remember what happens in it the next morning. This is the third night in a row I’ve listened to this because I legit can’t remember since I fall asleep so fast. Thank you Karuna!

Was going crazy rummaging around youtube to find this video again, i used to watch this often some year ago, but since didnt "need" it as much anymore so moved to other stuff. Been listening to rp asmr lately because I love stories, but unfortunately as it turns out every person also has a story, and tonight the fiction overlapped what to me was reality. I got extreme anxiety, huge panic attack, but I luckily remembered this video from years past. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being there and helping people like me who need it. Also if you take the vitamin recommended by the advertising, as well as through whole foods this will do no ill. It all adds together, dietary changes take time and require commitment the extra supplements aid you in this transition. Whole foods are always better but it takes time to locate affordable supplies, for example finding a local fish monger, or identifying your cheapest supermarket for whole-grains etc... When you buy these supplements what you are doing is allowing an easy to use imbetween and stop=gap measure. It is often cheaper to buy supplements than whole-foods and although whole-foods are healthier than supplements a combination of the 2 means you can enjoy the benefits of both with a smaller price tage
