  • Fuel Ladders are also used in my Speed & Angels F-14 Tomcat campaign, and I've got a few questions about them, so I thought I'd make a short tutorial to explain how they work. I hope you'll find it interesting.

There are plenty of videos explaining how to fly the Tomcat, but not enough on how to fly it practically. These videos have been so helpful

Thanks for creating all these supporting tutorial videos for your campaigns! Getting really into the 'role play' aspects of the simulation and flying as in the real world is a complex topic onto itself, never mind DCS underneath that too.

Thank you, I'm glad you like them. Yes, 'Role play' is a good expression for it, I think that's how one can make the most of what DCS has to offer - at least that's how I like to approach it.

@@ReflectedSimulations One day i dream of DCS actually handling these topics natively, with proper comms and procedure, a living world. But until then campaigns have been my go to, so satisfying.

The amount of information provided is amazing. Trying to find all this out on your own.... I wouldn't even know where to begin to look.

Well done! The community really needs these procedural videos. The aircraft are flown by the numbers, not like in the movies. Again, thanks!

One day I'll book a month off work and spend the time training that naval operations really deserve. One day...

What a great explanation! I always assumed it’d be more complex but know I know. I’ll definitely be paying more attention to my fuel from now on, even though I can run circles around my hornet buddies without AAR 😂

Awesome video. I always wondered what happens if a plane takes off and just after taking off it has an emergency and has to land back on the carrier.

This is great stuff, any chance you can show the math formula's to calculate fuel stuff. I've always wanted to learn how it's done but I've never seen anyone show the actual math in calculating this stuff. Thank you sir

Yea dude … dcs is great but without you and the other campaign makers hard at work it would be relativity empty. After 6600 hrs the ai scream improvements ….. also I wanna se the ground fighting become way more in depth. Anyway non of these criticimsim are for reflected great work as always.
