- Installing a brand new La Spaziale S5 commercial espresso machine
It's really hard to explain how much fun this was!
Getting to unbox, install and set up a brand spanking new commercial espresso machine was a dream come true.
I've worked on dozens of commercial machines over my career but have never had the chance to get one out of the box for the first time let alone install it from scratch!
I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did filming it

Hi, my machine is model s2 ep Spazio and I connect all water devices. But it's coming cold water from the water outlet and also water has won't come out steam wands.
How long should I wait to see it's going to be hot? Or how can I fix it?
What will happen if Accidentally turned the machin without water?

I love my S5, some say it's a little overkill for my residential use (1 or 2 coffee a day) but we only live once!

Yeah, maybe a little if you're only doing 1-2 cups a day. An S1 would have done you better ;)
what temp should the machine be at
120° Celsius
@@TheGatewayToGreatCoffee Thanks I seen a lot of videos on here set at 93/94c and I was wondering as mines at 120
@@maryellis3661 I guess it depends on the machine. Don't forget this is the operating temperature not the water temperature so there is probably a degree of variance between machines. So between 90 and 120 send pretty normal 😊
The video is called brand new install but it doesn't show the install it just talks about it. Useless if you're looking for a step by step guide to installation.
That's because it's a 'brand new install' not a 'Step by step guide.' Otherwise I would have called it a step by step guide ;)
