That night things got rowdy on their trip she got some scratches from being pulled at by talons from one of the other ladies and got scratches. Everyone was laughing when they left and the camera was on. We all think she got hit somehow instead, Heather may not want to associate her company with a botched procedure which became inflamed with time. Just a thought.

That is taking ownership of her actions to Heather to make Heather feel better about it. It's obvious because Jen is very manipulative in all of her dealings, business and personal.
