I just used High John the Conqueror oil around my front door to protect the house from hurricane Ian here in Florida. 9/28/2022 We were in the direct path, the house across the street has a huge tree down, power lines down etc. My house is intact and no trees in the yard are down despite the wind beating the house all night long. Our roof held up despite shingles coming off and water battering it all night.
