On the 10th of September, Russia launched Ocean 2024, it’s largest naval exercise since the Cold War. Ocean 2024 was conducted over a week-long period and also saw the participation of China. Over 400 warships were dispatched to the Arctic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Baltic Sea and Caspian Sea. During the drills, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UK’s Foreign Secretary David Lammy visited Ukraine and met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv. They pledged more military support for Ukraine. In return, Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened that if NATO allows Kyiv to strike deep into Russia then Moscow would also consider hitting NATO targets. The visit by Lammy to Ukraine during the Ocean 2024 exercise saw a stern reaction from Moscow. Putin sent warships and nuclear capable TU-95 bombers over the the English Channel as Putin’s aide Dmitry Medvedev threatened to sink Britain.

I'm sorry to say, but as a British citizen I believe we do not have a strong enough army to go to war against Russia. Our military is quite limited and we are also facing our own crises, such as immigration issues largely due to France. Moreover, I think Russia would likely win either way. What you see on the news isn’t always accurate, as the manpower Russia has sent into Ukraine so far has been relatively small. So, think twice before assuming that NATO and the United Kingdom could stand a chance. Why do you think Donald Trump doesn't want war? It would be devastating to see a once great nation fall.

I'm a veteran of the U.S. Navy. I served back in the 1980s. We lived under constant threat of nuclear death. That went away with Reagan and Gorbachev, and we were almost happy for a while, but the fear of nuclear death is back. It's having the same effect on our children and our societies (around the world, mind you) that it did back then.
I'm tired of it. We need to tell the world, collectively, from the United Nations, that we're not going to be threatened anymore. "I have a gun! I'm not afraid to use it! Now give me all your money!" is no longer something we're going to condone. We only live 110 years as humans, if we make it even that far, and then we die. From something or other. We need to stop being frightened of that. We need to find our collective courage. If we are a world filled with the brave, then the bullies won't have targets upon which to ply their methods to get their way.

In what form of reality are you living. The NATO Kursk invasion has been a complete failure with 15,000 killed, 120 tanks and hundreds of IGVs plus air defence units, artillery and HIMARS destroyed and what remains of the invasion force not trapped in retreat. Meanwhile Ukraine's defence line in Donetsk and elsewhere is collapsing and the F-16s have been withdrawn because the Ukraine pilots do not yet know how to fly them in action. Putin is correctly stating that Ukraine cannot use the long range NATO weapons to strike targets in Russia since they need NATO satellites and targetting experts to be operated such that any strikes would be by NATO not Ukraine and they would respond in kind against the NATO countries involved.

There seems o be some lies in this report, it could be that it is delayed but the Ukrainians only hold 500 odd square kilometers of Kursk territory and are all retreating to the one location in the hopes of making some type of fortification.
