Good job Tuna! I'm wondering why the guy at 10:30 decided to park there, it makes it hard and dangerous to take the bend. It is also very dangerous in real life! I think tmp shouldn't allow people to park on the emergency lane of a highway exit/entrance.
Indeed very dangerous, it also blocks your view because it's a turn, but considering that the road has that emergency lane, we can't really punish, unless a dangerous situation is created like this one!

Since your colleague first banned me, then stole the recording and posted it on his YT channel. I tried on the website, but there I got a classic school example translated as "complain to whoever you want, it's in vain"
Hey! If a dangerous situation was created or a collision happened, being it minor or not, a ban is applied according to TruckersMP rules. Players have always the option to create a ban appeal if they believe that the ban was applied incorrectly.

You can buy the DLC-Window Flags ，then you can configure the truck at the repair station and choose the flag you want to hang.(Sorry ,my English is not good.)
5:34 - did you then ban the green truck who got crashed into? That's completely disproportionate. Banning players who commit minor infractions that didn't affect anyone else except the person who was responsible the big infraction?
In my perspective that was intentional, reason why such player was banned. He saw the player in the incorrect way, has been using the horn, but decided to steer in direction of that player. That's not something we want from players, if others are wrong, you should report them. You shouldn't be blocking or preventing them to move. Anyway, there's the appeal system where the user with his counter-evidence can share his perspective and explain what happened.
Just in Calais Duisburg apart of it or even in DLC areas accidents are very rare and it's always nice to drive there, specially with friends or with a VTC :)

We normally don't punish for it as we know it's accidental. But when it affects other players a punishment has to be applied.
