Thanks for the compliments. I have not worked on the electrical vehicle side . I don't have any idea. If it has a transfer function model and used pi controller then a genetic algorithm may also be used.
in newer version of matlab there is no optimization tool ....instead there is optimize live editor task ...i find it difficult to find this options there can you guide me on that.

I have made the basic videos for AGC to give you the idea of research. now, you may upgrade or enhance these models by adding the new power plants through their transfer functions taken from research papers.

Thanks for the compliments. Yes. You can use it for 6 areas. It is possible. First design the 6 area conventional model. Then incorporate the GA. It will work. But obviously it will be extremely slow and will take a lot of time, maybe days to converge.

Thanks for the comment. May be you are taking very small scale on y-axis take the scale larger then these ups and down will be smoother.
