Skippy! My friend & I’s random gen has that same little town you featured in your last video and in the beginning of this one. We have a pillar-wall concrete “cage” built around the ventilation entrance of the garage with a rooftop hatch to escape (with the garage entrance as a second escape) as our horde night killing base. We’re also using that concrete bunker below to mine in 4 directions to 4 different biomes. Just wanted to shout out! Thanks for all your content - you’ve taken me from newb to sort of still newb but I know some stuff. Lol

The underground bunker is my go to starter base, I just remove the building on top and surround it with spike traps, then when I have the material I go and build a proper base to do the hordes in.
I'm glad you tried combining partial guns though. Nobody ever thinks of it. I only did because I am such a hoarder that I hated leaving stuff behind lol. So I figured it out. But it helps so much. But it's one consuming combining all the parts you have
Good tip to level up your tool smithing is to make anvils in a forge, just block the output sections and open your forge and you'll level up every time, and when you make the anvil just place it back in the forge
Hey Skip keep in mind that you can now make beer if you buy it from the trader and it doesn't bring your wellness down and keeps your stamina up... great video!
KKguitar 94 for me especially early on in the game I don't like to lose wellness so if I can get an endless supply of stamina without losing wellness then ya it makes a huge difference for me especially if you die alot... I'm only saying this because now you can make your own beer... before the update finding beer was like finding gold lol

Lol I encountered 14 dogs in packs of 3 and 4 and was killed 4 times all after getting 2 treasure chests and holding 30k in dukes tokens in my backpack. FML. Spawn is set to 150% BTW. Yes, you can turn the football Helmets into mining helmets in the workbench. 😊 also I streamed on twitch awhile ago, you have to have a certain amount of viewers a day to get partnered so I used gamewisp and made my own tiers to make extra cash plus the donations I got on top it. Haven't streamed on TH-cam tho.

On the day 42 horde when I was at a military base, I was bummed that all my stored stuff got blown up by a bloated cop, but I was happy to be alive haha, I barely survived though
found my mini bike book on day 31.... those lootable chests have almost always been empty, never understood why. as for paper, i sold it early on in small chunks as it was a very quick way to get better prices early on for gun pieces, and even for making garage doors early as they saw a 30% price increase after selling like 200 paper. otherwise i save paper now because i love tnt.... tnt it just awesome
that new huge bunker is awesome imo. i found it on day 3 and immediately decided it would be an early game base. it just provides so much protection early on vs anything else. and the huge open room gives you a ton of setup options
Skippy one thing you can sell alot to the trader are headlights they sell for about 94 a headlight but u can sell up to 9 at one point I've done this on my map so maybe you can to also definitely do treasure maps I've gotten so much money just from 4 hope this helps m8

yo skippy disassemble all the full guns you find before you sell them and you'll get the full clips that they come with between those two pistols you coulda pulled out 30 9mm rounds!
Apparently in my game every day is dog day. I get at least a pack of 3 dogs or more every day. Not to mention they are over powered. It's kinda frustrating sometimes.
And don't sell completed guns, you'll get less. But selling partially completed guns will give you the exact same amount as separated. But won't help your bartering as much. So before you sell them take atleast one part outta the gun unless he won't take it otherwise.

I've only had one that added up to more fully assembled, and every partial assembly has been the same as separated. I mean, it could have just been the few I checked, but I added it up on a calculator and everything.

He was right with the wellness of eggs compared to meat stew. Eggs have twice the amount of wellness to hunger
21:45 you can make a miners helmet but in the work bench you did it last series that’s how I know.
You can build a mining helmet from the football helmet you need duck tape flashlight and electronic parts :)
