Armenian villages under Azeri siege: Nerkin Hand in Syunik

NERKIN HAND -- The abandonment of Arstakh has not made Armenia safer, as the treasonous authorities in Yerevan have promised. Instead, as Artsakh enters its fifth month of blockade, Armenian villages are increasingly coming under Azeri siege.
Nikol Pashinyan on April 13th admitted his policy is to withdraw the Armenian military along the entire length of the line of contact with Azerbaijan. The catastrophic impact on life, heritage and livelihoods can be clearly seen in villages like Nerkin Hand in Armenia's southern province of Syunik.
