I Visited and found that rates are very high (double)as compare to market. Not benificial for local buyers. Geting PAN India free delivery is benificial for buyers from other states only.
Worse experience ever not just with staff even the owner Mr. Gautam seems not to care about the work. Ordered on 12 March sofa delivered today. Wrong size wrong foots of sofa not complete pillows. Supervisor behaviour is bad. Eltop won't ever understand there mistake. They just try to put it on customer. Believe me all this was done to us by the owner. He wasn't on his word, he don't not respond on time. Everything with eltop is pathetic. Bad stiching even after a month wrong size even after a month wrong legs of sofa even after a month. Poor Eltop Poor Staff Poor Gautam. Eltop wasted our 1 month and plus all the emotional attachment was shit i renovated my whole floor for the sofa spent money and this is what eltop does oh sorry this is what its owner does. I don't recommend any one to take the bait of free delivery, they are worse then many out there. Just pathetic. Shame on Eltop and shame on Gautam.
