When Camille said they (her sisters) are closer now that they are matured, I truly felt that. Now that I am older and wiser, I appreciate my siblings more. It always feels good to have someone who got your back and you do the same to him.
Totally enjoyed it and related to it. I am the youngest & my sister is also 3.5 years older. The difference is we never fight. Last time we fought was in 2008, when I called her a kill joy and did not talk to her for an entire evening. That's it. She is a mom and I am also in charge of raising her kids in some ways [since at times they listen to me more]. The secret with this form of "coparenting" is to never invalidate what my sister says to her kids. I can tell her in private if I think she is doing sth wrong, but I always want to follow her parenting rules and make her look good in front of her kids. I always compliment her every time her kids complain about her. "You know, you are so lucky to have her as a mom!!!". Since I am more of an extrovert, I am in charge of hugs, kisses, sweettalking, shopping sprees, bake offs, music etc etc. I have never yelled at them, but they seem to behave every time they see me raising my Vivien Leigh eyebrow. My sister finds it hilarious. Once they were fighting and I started spraying them with water, like some people do with cats. They stopped! It was like magic! Sister started laughing, kids started laughing, auntie earned parenting points. My grandma and her sister were also very loving sisters. They stayed together in their old age and died 4days apart. When old, they used to fight about things like "you ate my share of cake" and "I do more dishes than you do". Oh and "my skin is better than yours". Hilarious!!!!!

You can really feel that the reason why they have so much love to give in this world is because they have given so much love to each other that they need to share it outside.
