    I’m currently in my TWW as a single mother by choice, and I cried when you acknowledged if you’re doing this alone, the love you have for your baby. It’s my first try and you have been my go to since I started this journey and now in my TWW. Thank you so much this was beautiful, I felt so connected to my beautiful baby to come ❤️❤️

    This class made me cry. When you suggested going back to those initial happy feelings of trying for a baby i had an instant flashback to a time my husband and I were on holiday 13 years ago and we saw a beautiful little girl playing with her parents. We decided at that moment we wanted to try officially for a baby a year on from then... which we did. Its been a long road. 12 years on, 5 years of IVF, two pregnancies that both ended in loss and just days away from using our last embryo. Its been a long time since Ive connected with those simple, happy, blissfully unaware feelings of simply wanting a baby without all the baggage. I needed to feel that today, if only for a little bit. Thank you bettina - ive used your videos on the last 2 cycles (both resulting in those pregnancies) and this one as well. Lets hope we get our double rainbow this time x

    Thank you for this practice....cried pretty much all the way through which I obviously needed to do! I loved the bit about knowing that baby will eventually come and not to pin all hopes on it being THIS cycle. Need to remind myself of that and try and enjoy the journey!

    Thank you 💜. I cried, I cried, I cried. It's so easy to get caught up in the outcome. But we have to remember the real reasons why we want to conceive. We have to remember the love for our partner and our future miracles. Thank you for reminding me of that.

    Hi, just letting you know, I’ve screen recorded this and cut it down to 7min. Will try to practise daily. I have checked out a few fertility meditation/yoga videos and I feel I connect with this one the most. You have a very soothing tone and vibe. Thanks for being amazing. I am ttc for my first and unfortunately had an ectopic pregnancy last year. Trying again for a sticky one 🙏🏽

    Hi, love following you these last few months. I've been doing improve circulation yoga for 3 months. We are doing our frozen embryo transfer next week my scan show triple lining 9mm I'm also doing acupuncture do you think I should be doing implantation yoga for the next few days or after transfer. Please help.! We had 3 miscarriages previously.

      For 3 days after transfer I usually just recommend meditation, then you can move onto tww yoga. Good luck 🙏🏻💜

    Hi Bettina how long after I think I’ve ovulated would you recommend continuing this practise? I’ve had 2 pregnancies both ended in losses but each time I’ve had what we think was implantation bleeding about 4 days before my period was due so this is quite a bit after ovulation. Should I continue with this practice until my period is due just incase my implantation happens later or can I move on to the tww one straight after ovulation. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for your advise. X

      Both would be suitable. Perhaps just pick one you enjoy the most. 💜

      Yes you can as long as it feels good in your body. We just avoid compression of the belly from ovulation onwards.

      @@jordansamuelson8171 You can go to regular classes, just modify at this stage of the cycle. Avoid belly compression and strong twists. Try to avoid getting too hot.

      In the days leading up to ovulation is a good time to start. You can continue all the way to your period or BFP if you like.

      The menstrual cycle varies for everyone so I’d recommend tracking yours to find out exactly when you ovulate. But typically a few days before ovulation is when you should start this one.

      When you bleeding stops or becomes light to a few days after you feel the energy shift of ovulation. (Or you could be tracking with a thermometer to identify ovulation).

    Hi there please reply me, today is my ovulation day and my scan revealed a 6.5mm uterine lining which my doctor said is quite thin for implantation, how can I increase my uterine lining ASAP considering I just entered my 2 week wait? Thank you 🙏

      Unfortunately you can do anything now to increase this lining. It’s more likely that the good choices you’ll make now will affect the cycle in 3 months time. Visualise the space with a nourishing lining and work on a yoga practice to improve circulation.
