Have been a victim of depression and my definition of it would be a feeling of being scared and tired at the same time. It’s the fear of failure but no urge to be productive. It’s wanting friends but hating to socialize. It’s wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely. It’s caring about everything, then caring about nothing. It’s feeling everything at once, then feeling paralyzingly numb.
It's worth speaking about the pressure you feel within to someone who cares about you.
Focus on God too Helps.It takes God's deliverance to be completely free from all the pressure around you.
There is something society will take time to understand, depression is a silent killer,when it's hits you,you just want to be alone,no noise ,no irritating people,no phone calls you only feel safe by yourself,it doesn't matter how much your family and friends love you,that void,is unexplainable.you are a strong woman...

Waau Caterina welcome to the family of God. I also received christ while i was so sick and hopeless to live. It's a long testimony bt am still alive. Because christ lives we can face tomorrow. I later sunked into deep depression. A long painful feeling also. I was then attended by Dr. Frank njenga the Physiatrist . Infact he was God sent in my life. Am still alive and well. I know for sure that in christ you are healed spirit, soul and body.
