This is wonderful. I suffer terribly with anxiety/stress brought on by having to attend any type of medical exam/environment, so Dr office, hospital, blood clinic, eye tests, and even something as simple as a haircut etc. This is such a positive reinforcement it could almost be used for desensitization therapy. Excellent work thank you so much ❤

Its currently 5 am where I am. My insomnia has gotten so much worse since being diagnosed with OCD. This is perfect to keep me distracted from the anxiety and hopefully fall asleep. Thank you, Lloyd :)

@@Hunterr8usually it actually goes back to a new mental thing doctors haven’t put a name to as they are still studying it but a lot of people are having “symptoms” they convince themselves they have and eventually it turns into a full belief. Most common are ocd, adhd, autism, anxiety and depression. Really sucks because it’s hard to tell if it’s real or if they just need therapy
@Hunterr8 No, it started getting real bad ever since my symptoms started. I just find it easier to say, "Since I was diagnosed with OCD," rather than, "since I first started experiencing symptoms of OCD." :)

For an eye exam video I'm surprised how little light triggers were used. 25 seconds in a 45 minute exam.
