For those of us that have suffered from estrogen dominance most of our lives, how do we navigate post menopause without adding this hormone back into our system?

I’m 56 this week and my cycle has stooped about 6 months ago. I have been told to only use biodentical progesterone not estrogen. Should I use a biodentical estrogen too? Which forms and how do you use it?
