The lights look good and does good, especially on dark roads. The Cafe400 stock lights and signal lights are not good. For people that buy this bike, that is the first change and second is a digitalized meter & to show a gas gauge. Keep is like that or change some more.

Also regarding your suggestion about the speedometer, i like mine stock because it gives of this classic and heritage look, yes you can find aftermarket gauges online with built in gas gauges, but those speedometers are inaccurate even if you calibrate them.
