These videos are just a delight. I've seen others cover Tokyo Disney parks, but these videos are top notch. So much information about the parks while striking an awesome balance of feeling like you're just walking around and experiencing the park. Home run!
Awe thanks! I try my best to set myself apart from the other vloggers and try my best to make it feel like you’re there with me. Happy you enjoyed it. 😁
The food in Japan is amazing! Glad it's just as good in the park! You made these videos so memorable with your choice of music and seamless editing. I'm so glad you and Michael teamed up and took us on this wonderful journey. Thank you to you both.
Thanks so much!! Yeah the food was really good in the parks, I wasn’t sure how things were going to go in that department but boy oh boy I’m glad everything was yummy.
I’ve loved watching all of your Tokyo Disney videos. Your tears of joy are so sweet and your reactions so genuine! I’m going in June and will be tearing up the same way. It will be my first time ever in Japan and we will be there the FIRST DAY of Fantasy Springs. Cannot wait! ❤🐭🌋
Thank you for letting me relive an unforgettable trip me and my husband did to Disney Tokyo few months ago. Seeing you react in such an emotional way by the perfection that is Disney Seas, touched me deeply. Kindred spirits and all that. Hugs.♥️
Soaring opened in summer 2019 and early 2020 it started pandemic. I think people who weren't able to come to the park recently, they ride it for the first time since it's still a new attraction.
Thank you so much, for showing us, loved every second of your videos, love the photography and the music, and editing.cheers again watching this at 4.30am in England.
So happy for you - checking off a long awaited adventure from your bucket list. Your tender reactions, goes to show how successful those engineers are in creating a beautiful & tender story line in just a few minutes of a single ride. Hats off to Disney 🤗. Thank you for taking us along.
It was exciting to see you visiting new parks in a new part of the world. I don't know what other parks you plan to visit on your next Japan trip (I am guessing Fuji-Q Highland, Nagashima Spaland, and Universal Studios Japan among others), but when the time comes, I hope you enjoy them as much as you did these two.
This trip has been so much fun to follow along! I could see your passion for these parks when you reared up after sinbad ride! Thank you for all the theme park info and fun on your adventures!
Yay, glad you enjoyed the videos. It was such a fun trip and I happy I could bring you all along virtually. I always try my best to show off the parks as much as I can.
You two are too cute. 10:33 “…It’s not called ‘I have chapstick all over my face’…” 😂 Disney Sea is absolutely dreamy. Btw, love the Tokyo playlist videos.
Please tell me you didn’t go to TDS without getting to see Believe! Sea of Dreams. It has been claimed as the most extravagant and amazing spectacle in any park in the world. It’s worth the trip over there just for that alone!
Woo Hoo!!! 🥰 I've been waiting for your 2nd Disney Sea Video to drop (even though I know you guys are back already LOL). Thanks so much! Love it!! I hope you get to see other countries theme parks in the future too! :D😀
You should've done the Ariel show in Mermaid Lagoon. Also you missed out on having drinks in the Teddy Roosevelt Lounge on the Columbia (such a lovely experience) and sitting in the Magellan's upstairs lounge (if you didn't want to do the full dinner at Magellans).
Confirmed the show has been closed since 2020/pandemic. It was outstanding. I heard it’s because they can’t fully replace all of the performers including Ariel. She is suspended by wire and I’m sure it’s difficult to find trained people who can perform the show. Hopefully they can find replacements soon.
We knew about the queue so that was the only thing we really missed out on. We ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the over 2 hour wait to do it and we used that time to do other things and explore more. 😁
I mean Soarin' is always a huge wait over here too, much more so with the advent of Lightning Lame, but yeah I just don't get the attraction of the attraction. I mean see it once, sure, but none of that is worth waiting over an hour for which is often what the line is
In Tokyo they call it Premier Access and it’s very similar to LL here in the states. We didn’t use it while we were there but if you have less time to spend and you don’t mind the up charge it’s for sure worth it out there.
Love the video and want some tips on starting a vlog channel for me and Michael are thinking of moving to Florida just us together someday and want to meet you some day at Disney land in June
When I was at DisneySea the line for Soaring was 155 minutes, but I walked to the FastPass kiosk and got on the ride in 10 minutes. This is when I learned about the culture and art form regarding queuing in Japan.
To be fair, the best part of Soaring is the queue, the art work and pre-show. If you did FP, you arguably missed 2/3 of the best part of the attraction.
@@tulinfirenze1990 I still saw the queue, the art work and the pre-show. I posted some pictures on my community page from my trip. I was wrong about the wait time, though. It was actually 180 minutes.
Hello Dillion and Micheal, thank you for sharing your experience! The Sinbad attraction looks amazing! Happy that you enjoyed your trip. Have a wonderful, magical day.
I went last September Soarin and Toy Story never dropped below 4 hours the entire 5 days we were there I didn’t bother with either they were the same I was more interested in rides I’ve never done and appreciating the surroundings Aquatopia and sinbad were our favs
If I go to Tokyo Disneyland tell me what to recommend to go to theme park in Tokyo Disneyland which theme park should I go do Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea
I wish I could play it as well but I would have gotten a copyright strike for it so that’s why I overlayed some music to it. But yeah the music is amazing on that ride. 😁
The que line or, maybe it's the explanation person, is different at DisneySea Soarin...it's a portrait that's animated and some special effects of the wall, and then the Fantastic Flight track is the same as Soarin Around the World with the exception of the end, Paris is a little bit different and you end at DisneySea with fireworks. It's not entirely different but not exactly the same. And everyone on the ride sounds "amazed" with lots of expression about it. They do really love it there. Is it a relatively new attraction there maybe? I love soarin, more importantly, my autistic son loves Soarin so we ride it at Disneyland a billion times everytime we go. I would HAVE to do on it if my son was with me, but the line definitely doesn't make it worth it otherwise. What a fantastic trip to Disneyland Tokyo! Their animatronics are amazing, the color and artwork is a notch above the rest. I've watched a few videos on Disney Tokyo and Dillon, yours takes the cake! Thank you for sharing it with us!!!
Glad you enjoyed the video. Yeah we knew about the queue and the pre shows being different be even then we decided it would be best to explore more with that time. Maybe next time we go it will be a shorter wait since Fantasy Springs will be open.
JP Disney fan here😊 Thank goodness you didn't miss the "フルーツワイン"(fruit wine)🎉 It's actually an exclusive 40th anniversary drink, and as you mentioned in the video, it's pretty amazing. I'm very grateful for respecting some attractions' "no filming rules" and JP culture in general. I hope you visit Tokyo Disney Parks again because you are still missing some gems like Magic Lamp Theater, Beauty and the Beast and other shows (because of the refurbishment). (As you can see, I'm not that fluent in English, so I'm sorry if I sound rude or weird😢)
Thanks so much for watching! We had such a great time out there, an amazing experience filled with the most amazing people around us. Can’t wait to go back and hopefully have more of that fruit wine, it was soo yummy!
Curious, did you ever notice/meet anyone else from America while you were there for the whole trip? I’m a people watcher and I look at the people around you and haven’t ever seen any or that I noticed lol Disney Tokyo is definitely on my list of destinations! I’ll be in the Bahamas at the end of February!
One person from the states said hi because they watch the channel but that was the only time we stopped to talk to someone. But I overheard some people and yeah some were from the states, Europe or Australia. So it’s kind of a melting pot like at Disneyland back home.
Hey Dylan! I’m not sure if you would know this or not but have you heard through the grapevine of Tokyo Disney being plus size friendly? I know the parks in CA and FL are and I’m worried for when I go to Tokyo!
Some attractions are for sure but others not so much. Some are a pretty tight squeeze but I think overall you’d be able to enjoy a bunch of attractions. 😁
I am so spoiled. Last time I visited, I stayed for 4 Nights at the Mira Costa and then moved to the Alice Room, at the Disneyland Hotel for 4 more nights. I saw every show and ate at every lovely restaurant. I could have stayed longer!
