Great Are You Lord - Drum Cover - July 18, 2022

Time Capsule Tuesday: During the school year, most of my playing outside the studio happens in a Worship setting, playing songs like Great Are You Lord by All Sons & Daughters. With no drums for the first 80 seconds, it may seem like the anti-drum cover, but it serves as an excellent example of needing to play for the song. This one needs all the space up front for its powerful message to shine through. ‪@thirdleaf‬ ‘s drumming on the original is SUPER tasteful, not to mention his drums sound killer 🥁👌🏼
