Attached gingiva is attached to the underlying periosteum of the alveolar bone where as free gingiva is not attached to the bone. (Here we are talking about the attachment of the gingiva to the bone not the tooth structure)

If a Dental technician do crown cutting part before taking teeth measurement(very veryfast) over an rct and dental post and core structure teeth (front upper big left teeth) .what are the damaged can be happen?
Hello Mr Shailendra. The steps are RCT Post placement Crown cutting And taking impressions ( measurements) and sending them to the lab for fabricating of your crown. If the RCT tooth is not paining and has no fractured, then the procedure has gone well
@@periohub4293 Noted. I my case. I did feel pain and gums was also swollen. But my dentist put cap over it (cap was bigger from back and smaller from front), the cap was for my front upper big tewth(left side). Other dentist suggested gum surgery, if I need full teeth size and extraction or me eat.
Can a fractured in the treated teeth can be seen or x ray is needed. I hade an very bad experience. And still finding the answer... Is it possible to send you the images and x ray... If you can give your view on the same... It will be very helpful for me to know, what exactly happen to me.
@@iq1122 Hey I understand your concerns, but my advice will be to go for a second opinion as you are not satisfied with the treatment. Only by seeing the X-ray it will be difficult to come to a conclusion. So please take a second opinion in this regard.

Yes...the dental clinic does maintain a record of the treatment.
