O Lord deliver us from any obstacles that may hinders us of rapture in Jesus mighty name AMEN
Good moral there, however there is nothing like rapture in the bible, Revelation says "all eyes shall see him",..so 1. The unrighteous are going to be burnt "by the brightness of his glory" as Paul says.. then 2. The living righteous and the ressurecting righteous shall be caught up with Jesus in the air and go to heaven for 1000 years..3. After 1000years the righteous are going to come back down on earth to stay here forever whilst the dead (all unrighteous) are ressurected to condemnation and burnt into ashes. The righteous will inherit this fire-cleansed and recreated healed sinless earth for eternity..
Now the only scripture that is used by believers to explain the rapture isKJV Matthew 24:39-41
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
....a faithful exegesis in this passage bases upon the that first verse 39 which shows that the flood (the fate of destruction) "took them away" ..again IT IS NOT THE RIGHTEOUS THAT WERE TAKEN, instead it is THE UNRIGHTEOUS THAT WERE TAKEN BY THE FATE OF DESTRUCTION..Therefore those who "will be taken away" are the unrighteous rather which are going to be destroyed with the brightness of His (Jesus') glory as Paul says hereKJV 2 Thessalonians 2:8
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
..therefore when Jesus talks about people being taken away HE TALKS OF DESTRUCTION not SALVATION, as He was likening it to the destruction that happened by the flood in the days of Noah..
