I've been loving the Viseart Étendu Palette and the smaller Isolde palette...I haven't put them down. Great shades and a great formula...I don't know why more people don't talk about Viseart eyeshadows. Some people mentioned their holiday palette...but the Étendu is a great everyday palette. I highly recommend it if you like cooler neutrals with a taupe-purple tone. The Isolde palette has a great taupe-purple one-and-done color. The eyeshadows are metallic and buttery, and the sparkles won't end up all over your face. I love the blush color that you tried. I'm also going to check out the face brush singles when they come out. I'm enjoying the BK Beauty foundation brush that I picked up over the holidays.
For the Nordstrom collab I recommend the YSL Valentine’s quad! I’m guessing it’s on your list. They all just added Victoria Beckham beauty. Also, I’m really liking your haircut!
I loved the video, love the fact you demonstrated how to put them on and what brush you were using. I really liked the Laura Mercier Skin Tint plus moisturizer and SPF. Great products, loved your first impressions. You look amazing 😍❤.
Ty Lisa! Appreciate your candor! I dont love the Huds blush - may be the complexion products but the blush is not really special! Lips look great and honestly eyes look good on camera! 🎉🎉🎉Hope you had a nice birthday!🎉🎉🎉🎉 Ps.Added Caliray Blush was a great addition! Brought your face to life! 😂😂
Hi Lisa the light lilac powder and blush products now on the market (from a variety of brands) is amazing for ultra pale cool toned skin like mine. Many pinks turn peachy on me (strong cool undertone) whereas a lot of these look like cool pink. Lavender powder (I use the Dior version as it has a little glow) is really brightening on fair skin - more brightening than pink powder IMO. The risk to those who have warmth in their skin is it may make them look ashy. Best wishes x
Hi Lisa, I love the color on you eyes. I have .any colorful palettes but now tend to go to the coffee shop palette from juvias place. All. Browns it's such a pretty palette. Friends lately are like what happen to your other palettes lol
Oh how pretty the huda powder and blush is! I've never tried anything except her eyeshadow palettes (I know, like where have I been)? 😂 now I need to try these since it's so nice looking.
You mentioned going to the gym. I would love for you to share more of your fitness/gym routine. I noticed you have lost a lot of weight but have great muscle tone. I have followed you for a long time and you have shared your home workout routines with your Peleton. Would you mind updating us on what you are doing to look so fit these days?
Personally I can but only in moderation & because I work damn hard - hardly like I'm splurging every week. Remember Lisa is a makeup guru, it's her job to review products & I'm sure the money she gets from her channel & business go towards buying the products so that she can review them for us. I do empathise though, I haven't always been in a position where I've had expendable income; it's not that everyone who watches the channel is loaded I'm sure we're all in different financial positions at different times especially in this economically precarious environment. Tbf Lisa also reviews a variety of brands in different price ranges - she's spoke a lot about drugstore alternatives in other videos; if the products good, it's a goodin as in reality a lot of the formulas are made in the same factory you're just paying for packaging & the brand name. Personally, I'd prefer a smaller collection of quality over quantity irrespective of whether it's a luxury brand or drugstore; in the beauty industry there's so many options out there. I save a little income each month for my beauty expenditure and I'm on a modest income as a mental health nurse & therapist 😊. I enjoy Lisa's channel as I think the reviews are authentic especially in an age where influencers are just trying to push products on us. Nikki La Rose & Marlena Stell (If I've spelt her name right) also review a variety of brands of different price ranges if you want to check them out for more options. Marlena is particularly good at giving advice on products as she was a beauty business owner herself so has all the low down on how much really goes into making a product & whether it's value for money. I know some people with bigger makeup collections than me yet I've chosen quality, again, over quantity. I watch creators like Lisa to allow me to make an informed decision before I buy products & that way I really do use the amount of products I have & none of the contents go to waste. True I don't understand people who like Morgan Turner have a massive collection that just seems entirely wasteful as she'll try something once then put it in storage, but I guess that's her job in part however it's still a waste in my opinion. Remember a lot of people get in a lot of debt with credit cards & the likes of klarna buying beauty products cos of FOMO, addiction to buying etc, so please don't be envious, again I'm sure we're not all wading in cash 😊. The likes of Elf are killing it in the beauty industry, so shop round & you can get a good quality deal.
Thank you, Lisa! This was fun! I used the Laura Mercier years ago and I remember they changed it. Is this another reformulation? I’ll have to try it again! Thank you for your honesty in your reviews, it’s always appreciated! 💙💙
Lisa I think UBE is a purple root vegetable popular in the Philipines ????Someone correct me if I'm wrong ???My Philipino boss made me a GF me a cake from UBE flour and it was purple but yummy !!!!😁😆😃😀🥰🥰
Thank you Lisa. I was intrigued by the Nars palette but now, not so much. I have another one by Nars that does the same thing. I’m still looking for a great cream shadow and a stick cream shadow. I am pushing into my 6the decade and I have deeply hooded eyes. I love the creams over powder now. I also love the necklaces that you are wearing. May I know where you got them? Thanks Lisa! I really enjoy your videos ❤❤❤
I'm not sure if it's the moisturizer you used underneath, but i could defintiely see spots where that tinted moisturizer pilled up on your skin (and thats through the camera with lights 😬) did you find it pilled on you?? It really, REALLY looked like it did. I defintiely agree with taking time to buff foundation into the skin. I spend a little too long sometiems because im such a perfectionist (some mornings i can spend 20 minutes just buffing in my foundation, i swear 😂) but it makes all the difference!
Hi Heather! It did this day, while I was filming I didn't really notice it but you are right! I think it was the moisturizer paired with it. It was too much. I have worn both separately since filming (each a few times) and haven't had issues with either. It must have been the combo of them!
@lisajmakeup that's what I figured. I've defintiely had that issue with certain products (actually I had that issue with mbm bronzing and shaping serum and had commented on your live stream, I never figured out what caused the pilling so I returned it, but I'm guessing it may have been my skincare since other people seem to be able to use that product just fine and I'm jealous) I thought I was seeing things haha so glad you saw the same thing I did! I'm guessing maybe it also could be the moisturizer didn't have enough time to try down since you were on camera. Good to know it hasn't done it before or since,, though! It looked beautiful on your skin otherwise! And seemed to go away once you put foundation on over it but maybe it was just harder to see 😊
I loved the old LM tinted moisturizer, but the oxybenzone was a deal-breaker. While I'm pleased that the new LM tinted moisturizer is oxybenzone-free, I've encountered a few issues, including eye stinging and a very rich, greasy consistency that doesn't seem to set properly.
I’m gonna need BK beauty to add staff please add an addiction counselor bc I counted and I own 6 of the 106 brushes 2 of the Angie hit and flashy angled brushes 2 of the Nikki concealer along with all the rest of the bk brushes and it’s an addiction 😂HELP ME!!! Just kidding I just love them and collect them ❤
The Beauty of Joseon is only $18 and has SPF of 50 so definitely a better SPF in opinion but this one is nice if you want some sun protection and some coverage. Both are very hydrating though, and work in my opinion as a stand alone moisturizer.
Hi! I do! So glad you hear you love them! We have sold out of several shades and discontinuing them soon though so if there are any shades available that you love, grab them soon :) We are donating a lot to LA fire victims
Your hair grows unbelievable fast 🧐😳. I would assume it's 15cm since you cut it shorter. This would take me minimum 2 years 😂. Fascinating! You can wear a different hair style whenever you want and get your long hair back in weeks. By the way, I love the shorter bob on you!!! Looks young, fresh and mirrors your dynamic vitality 😊. Love Sabine 😘
Everything looked really pretty on you. I've been curious about the Haus Labs mascara. I'm sure using my beloved Dior Maximizer 3D lash primer first would give my lashes that "oomf" they need. Seems like a nice mascara. I'm so surprised you'd never used Mario's lip liner. I have several shades that I've been using since they first came out. Hugh, Almond & Tan are my favorites.
If you want a very rich moisturizer with ceramides I highly recommend Kate Somerville’s DeliKate moisturizer. I have very dry skin and it’s been a game changer for me 💜
My bk beauty 106 bristles came out of the handle. I'm going to try to glue it back together but Anisa Beauty brusbes does not do that. I'm so sad because I don't have the extra funds to just get a new one.
Contact customer service, they’re awesome! They’ll probably send you another brush. When you wash the brush be careful not to soak the whole thing, just wash the brush part. If you get the part that holds the bristles wet it will come unglued.
Hi Lisa. I love Ilia products. Does the moisturizer contain peptides or ceramides? I love a good thick and rich cream, especially in the winter. I love the Elf Wow Brow. It's better than the more expensive versions. Sometimes, I can get away with just a color corrector. I really like the one by DRMTLGY. Would you recommend the Huda Lavender powder for dry skin? Makeup by Mario's lipliners are super nice. The YSL lipcolor you are wearing is stunning. Beautiful, finished look. Love all of the pink shades. Have a great weekend. Hugs. 💝💖💕
Hi Rene! The Ilia moisturizer does have ceramides. It is so nice! Rich but not heavy. Brooklyn loved it I let her have mine and purchased another for myself! The Huda powder may be too mattifying for dry skin. Have you tried the Kosas Cloud Set Powder? I love that one for dry skin
@lisajmakeup thanks for the info on the cream. I do have and love the Kosas Cloud Set! I just liked the idea of the lavender powder, but not if it's very mattifying. I'm glad that Brooklyn is enjoying the moisturizer! 😊❤
Sorry if this is obvious to others, but I'm really curious. Why do you bother applying a tinted moisturiser /light foundation prior to applying a fuller coverage foundation? I understand if you want SPF, but then why not just apply a dedicated SPF that will actually give you the stated SPF protection?
You are the third “reputable “ , in my mind, that has not been keen on the NARS eye pallet. Same problem with fall out, shimmers not gripping, and no crease color. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd pallet that was lacking, not including face pallets. Even with your skill it’s really not in your color regulars. I think your browns, oranges, and greens suit you better. Maybe a richer purple or light purple over brown would serve you better. That’s what I recall from past videos. Thank you for taking a walk into the lavender’s it’s a good learning process. 🪞
IIRC, NARS was sold to Shiseido around 2000. I think there’s been a slow but steady decline in the creativity and quality of their products since then - but it has really declined over the past 5-6 years. They’ve also discontinued so many amazing formulations like their Audacious lipsticks and their hardwire shadows. I used to love this brand and look forward to new releases but it’s just “meh” now.
I have shared your brushes with friends that I felt would appreciate them , Yours, Angies and Nkki's have all great options. ❤
Agree viseart Top!
Oh I’m interested where you purchased that Brand. May I get that from you?
Viseart has the best formula on the market
For the Nordstrom collab I recommend the YSL Valentine’s quad! I’m guessing it’s on your list. They all just added Victoria Beckham beauty. Also, I’m really liking your haircut!
The best tinted moisturiser is one where you put a drop of your perfectly matched foundation to your favourite moisturiser and mix.
The lilac cheeks and eyelids make your eyes pop!
🎉🎉🎉Hope you had a nice birthday!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Honesty!!! Thats why we love you, Lisa!🩷🙏🏻 I can't wait for next week.. My 106 needs her baby sister!😉 Have a great weekend!❤️🥰💄💋👑
Yay! I’ve been waiting to get the single brushes of the new one, like the 116 😊

I love your new hair! ❤
Great video and great recommendations.
Enjoyed this! I agree and the Mario lip pencil /color is so good - chose the same set for my b'day gift.
Hi, Do you use the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer with foundation as well? I know you have with the Elastin. Thanks
Hi Lisa, I love the color on you eyes. I have .any colorful palettes but now tend to go to the coffee shop palette from juvias place. All. Browns it's such a pretty palette. Friends lately are like what happen to your other palettes lol
Lisa, I have many BK brushes. I'm glad to hear that we will be able to purchase single brushes from your latest launch.
Ciele tinted 50 SPF sunscreen, concealer and blush.
I’m trying to decide between the YSL soft blur tint or the glossy tint
Lisa would you say the ila cream is as velvety as the extreme cream by innbeauty?
Always beautiful Lisa
Oh how pretty the huda powder and blush is! I've never tried anything except her eyeshadow palettes (I know, like where have I been)? 😂 now I need to try these since it's so nice looking.

She danced several times a week for the benefit, Dancing With The Stars!
Beautiful makeup! Does the Laura Mercier Tint have more coverage than the Hourglass Tint? LOVE THE HAIR❤️
Thank you! I do think it does have more coverage than the Hourglass tint!
Nice you all can afford these products!!!!

What is your perfect shade in the luminous silk..?
Beautiful Lisa
Lip Smackers were the best!!!
I would love to have BK merch! I love my sweatshirt from Nikki and sweatshirt/tshirt from Garden Answer!
Lisa I think UBE is a purple root vegetable popular in the Philipines ????Someone correct me if I'm wrong ???My Philipino boss made me a GF me a cake from UBE flour and it was purple but yummy !!!!😁😆😃😀🥰🥰
Yes @tass5797 Ube is a purple root vegetable used more for sweet dishes in the Philippines. I believe in Hawaii they use it for savory snacks too.

I have mixed feelings about most of these. I have a lot of makeup. I’m a little more excited by the new brushes
Hey Lisa the video keeps going off trying to again ❤
Thanks for sharing! I try to be more of a drug store girl.
Anythino over 35 spf is a waste. That whar mwat my dr. Said. Yes to have to morw ine
Can you move your shopping link tags out of your face? I can’t see what you’re doing due to it!
Lilac cheeks do not look good on you. Pink shades look better on you
