@floridabelle i think that this album has more sense in is entirety. As an album, indeed. So i think your comment is very appropriate. I can’t say that i am loving this one as well as you do , but as i said this record is way way more than a decent one. To me not on the top of my list (maybe not in the podium), but a pleasant discover and another little gem into Opeth career discography. Nice to see you back 😊🖤☺️

There's a band I found recently that you might like. It's called IOTUNN. If you want to check them out, the first track (Kinship Elegiac) from the album Kinship would be a good start.

This album is an an A grade for me and in the top 1 or 3 spot. I have kept up with Michael’s taste. I crave the “fancy chords” and chord changes, and he generally provides, even with his not knowing music theory. He has sound judgment when it comes to whom to emulate musically
