You know guys... pelle d'oca everytime i listen to this song. Each time during sanremo, all the 5 times in react video... and everybody had goose skin. Marco is one of the most emotional italian singer... maybe not only italian. He's great!

Thanks for your video. Marco is the most beautiful male voice we have in Italy, he is known as a very sweet, sensitive and emotional guy, which makes him even more special. Here it was the first evening of Sanremo and he was very excited and also had a fever and sinusitis, despite this he sang wonderfully! ❤️ The songs presented in Sanremo are meant to be the best Italian song and not for Eurovision, where a different style often prevails, but this is real music and it could still win. The song is about the inner conflict we all struggle with, that's why he feels the song very much in his heart while singing it. The text speaks of two parts of the same person, the conscious and the unconscious that talk to each other, the life of dreams that collides with that of reality. Truly a deep and emotional meaning, a beautiful music that together with the text take the audience into a dreamlike scenario. Furthermore Marco is an excellent interpreter, this makes the difference and makes this song perfect, because he transmits all the emotions to the audience that watches and listens to him, even to a foreign audience that does not understand the Italian language and this says everything about what a great artist is Marco.

Cerainly magnificent....and like many lost for words at the perfection of his voice and control of his language...I have a real existential reacton to this song and thats for me what the goosebumps are all about......if this is a song contest then there is no question that this should be the winner by far...but the demographic tends towards entertainment and visuals....Croatia as an example of novelty votes...this should stun everyone into 12 points...I hope...xxx fun fact I have not a cluse what he is saying....

Marco's vocal power is not discussed and the ending is "scary" 😍. The text of this song is not very easy to translate because in practice the "two lives" to which it refers are his and the life of his unconscious... so there are many figurative references apparently unrelated to each other... BUT it remains an emotional song.

It's a lovely song with a few nice touches and Mengoni's more than capable singing.
This year he went for a sexy look which suits him as he is a hot guy, but he still need to improve his motions if he wants to achieve sex-symbol status.
