A cabinet meeting has been called today, a day before the results of three assembly by-elections in Himachal Pradesh are announced. The Himachal Cabinet meeting has begun in the State Secretariat under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. Many important decisions are to be taken in the meeting. A decision can be taken in the meeting to fill the vacant posts in other departments including the Education Department. Apart from this, a decision can be taken on the basis of proposals brought by various departments. A decision to waive off the residential liabilities of more than Rs 84 lakh of dignitaries can be taken in the cabinet meeting.
