@@TravellingSunglasses Cheers for your response, most unexpected. Your pieces are are sensitive, dead-on and cool. Very envious of your time in Japan. I studied ceramics and learned about the Bernard Leach, Shoji Hamada & Mashiko connection and that ceramcs are deeply embedded in their culture. I have yet to visit! I'm sure it is possible to spend many months there soaking up their city-scapes, activites, countryside and culture. Looking forward to catching up on your channel - wishing you many more safe travels
@@davidtwittey4613 wow, you're really knowledgeable! We found Japanese crafts really impressive: each detail made us even more curious about their traditions. We hope you will travel to Japan soon! :)
Hi! Do you mean the goshuincho? (I hope I write it correctly :) ) It was amazing to collect the stamps. I have no faith like you, but it was a very spiritual experience! We recommend it :)

@@53wakataka Thank you for telling us! I am sorry she passed. It's lovely that you respected her wish, it's important to respect religion :)
Why do you know how to eat Japanese meals?
Hey! We eat Japanese food at home in Budapest :) and at the ryokan they explained other details :)
I see
You lifted the tea bowl and eat it, so I thought you was used to it
@@ahirudengana We learned during the trip! It's quite weird for us to lift the bowl, but it's very comfortable and useful :)
To eat without lifting the tea bowl in Japan
Japanese think It seems that the dog is eating it.( ^ω^ )
