I just use the replays from scoresaber. on a scoresaber leaderboard in-game, you'll see a button on the far right of the row that has your score in it, and then if you click the button in the top-right of the window that pops up, you can view a replay

To those who don't play beat saber, the notes and the player will appear to be moving fast to you but pro players have a faster reaction time so to them its moving really slow. So possibly in this video he's moving very slow

i have the map, the notes are coming at you pretty fast and you do have to move pretty fast, its just reaction time
