Халх Голын дайнд бид ялсан (We won the the Battle of Khalkin Gol) is Mongolian patriotic song that praises the joint Soviet and Mongol victory at the Battle of Khalkin Gol in 1938, against the Japanese and it's puppet state Manchuria's army.

The grass followed feverishly,
The land of our ancestors, of our mothers, followed
Western birds followed in the skies,
The native horses followed.

Халх голын дайнд бид ялсан!
Defeating the enemies and foes,
We won the battle of Khalkin Gol!
Алаг үр нь үнэгчлэн дагасан,
Амраг хань нь хайрлаж дагасан,
Буцаж ирэхийг нь сүүгээр мялаасан;
Буурал ижий нь өрөөлтэй дагасан.
The growing crops followed,
The lover followed lovingly,
So when he returned, he was given milk;
The gray-haired man followed as well.
