Hi Freda, I have been to Sanibel several times and never have I seen anything like this. It was awesome. I remember shelling piles at Bowman's and Blind Pass, yet they were pretty basic; although my first J did come from Blind Pass. Thank you for sharing the videos. I haven't been able to shell for 2 years now due to broken leg and other health problems including severe pain. It is both wonderful and heartbreaking to see you be able to do this. I would dearly love to be right there shelling with you. LOL, preferably about 5yds ahead of you though, so I get to pick my faves🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, now I have to put any energy I have towards finding a contractor to remove and restore my little home from the damages of H/Ian. God has a Plan! Keep the vids coming so we can love vicariously through you, please!
Hi Linda, thanks for watching. That was THE spot for the day. 50 yds east or west and nutin. So it was an easy call. On top of that. we had never seen a shell pile like that so I wasn't leaving. LOL
This might be a stupid question but how do you deal with neck pain while shelling? My neck gets so sore and cramps from looking down, looking for shells.
