Madam, troubleshooting is not shown. If you show troubleshooting, it will be helpful. When we resize from one family to another family, first we have to update ENA and PV drives right, then we have to do resizing right.

Not all VM instances and sizes are free. If they are available in free tier then you should be able to do it.
