    I would love to come inside and make a urbex video but there are construction workers there who are planning to make it work again or something like that. Amazing video.

      @@dcforrd Sorry I left the DC area and I live in Geneva, Swisslandia now. If R.M.Jones Associates of DC /R.M.Jones is a civil engineering professor at Howard Univ. too/ is still there-their office was on upper 16-th Street and they would know a lot. But penguin6 may also do good investigation /youtuber in DC/
