Make DNA testing MANDATORY. Especially when child support is concerned. Also, because not just the potential father, but the CHILD deserves to know who their BIOLOGICAL father is, or isn't. Because mistakes are made, and people LIE. And that should be a CRIME.

About 40 years ago I knew a guy whose wife gave birth to a boy who was the spitting image of his best friend. Everyone could see it and understood the situation but they just ignored the similarity. It would tear me apart to constantly disregard being the father of a child I see very frequently, especially if he looked just like me.
