We are controlled to the extent that we can't know our creator, anunakis or whoever. We may meditate for our whole life, we will not be able to know our creator and who has bound us in karma, it's result and reincarnation. After practicing meditation we get peace of mind, do some miracles, meet enlightened masters during meditation, communicate with spirits etc, but not beyond that. We will never know our creators. Our creator has created in such a way that we will not be able to know beyond a certain limit. We will not be able know everything. We are bound by the law of cause and effect to the extent that sometimes we can't do a good deed by our own will. Sometimes we do wrong deeds against our will.
