it's a ctOS 2.0 ability. you don't need anything fancy. no mods. no pc. just the base game and any device that can run it. get the upgrade in the skilk tree and call cops or gang members on any npc. use the fps camera on your drone to watch
yeah but the npc in the red car is really dumb if there is ever a shootout personally I would just put my car on full throttle and get the hell out of the area

Oh man this reminds me when I had played this game. They had this soccer mom looking NPC walking on on the sidewalk in the game and she randomly pulled a gun out and started shooting infront of me. Then the cops came and she was having a shootout with them that lasted a couple minutes. She then jumped into a stolen vehicle and ran a couple people over and the cops killed her by blowing the car up. It was so wild and random and I was laughing hysterically watching it all go down. I even still have the screenshots of it happening.
Then idiots would say "ThEy cOpyEd GrANd ThEFt AuTo V." If people think Watch_Dogs series copied GTA series, then they're idiots. Watch_Dog isn't even GTA clone, no game is a GTA clone. If people think Watch_Dogs is a GTA clone, then they also think Mafia II and The Simpsons Hit and Run are GTA clones

If you watch this on 0.75 speed it almost looks like its recorded irl, except the slow talking thou, at least to me it looks like its recorded like that in that speed

I used in game social engineering skills to call police/gang attack on NPCs and use in game smart phone camera to record it
I’m pretty sure with watch dogs 2 you don’t need mods to do this type of stuff, you can cause gang wars with in game abilities in the skill tree.
