How do u kill the elites so fast? I have alphabridge set 6 talents. Mostly being brutal and other crit dmg talents. 53% mit. And even with headshots it takes awhile to kill them. What mods are u using?
If you watch my Russian Consulate 15minute run, at the end I go through my gear. I've rolled damage to elites and enemy armor damage wherever possible. On my weapons I have 18% HS damage on both muzzle and scope.

put it into every build regardless..because any body who has spent anytime playing knows that nothing sucks more than being engaged and fucking elite spawns or comes out of no where and starts shooting you in the back..faster you can bring them down the better...i say..and best way to destroy elites is damage to elites..doesnt work on the purple guys..but bullfrog kills them quick all the same.. good video man...
I completed this on 3rd of December 2016. There was no RPM glitch back then. I'm going for a Time Run to see how quick I can get to "Mission Completed". So when necessary I just skip. With the new gear this mission can probably get done a lot quicker. But what I didn't do is cheat.

mezzatron thanks for the info. Will check that out now.. i rolled all armor and health for a tank build. Will try ur build out. Seems godly
