By far one of the best TUF seasons. The build up to their fight was next level.
Only for it to end up being a snoozer.

No way, this was a terrible TUF season because rashad had like 2-3 good years and got decisions on Rampage and Henderson but never really did anything in the sport but is now a commentator like he ever did anything. He is a wrestler not a fighter. All the real 205s stomped him out. He caught some 185s by decision on their way out.

I've always been a Rampage fan. Respected, but never liked Sugar. I freaked in the first round where Quinton got staggered (headbutt) and went crazy in the third when Quinton connected with that hard punch that staggered Rashad. I agree it was kind of a slow fight, but just those two brief moments were enough to keep it exciting for me.
Because rashad was scared of the rampage power so he was ducking, shooting and holding for dear life

Surprisingly these guys never came to blows outside of the octagon. Was always smack talk, but they saved the aggression for where it counted, in the Octagon. Their eventual fight lived up to all the hype and was one of the best!
