i’m familiar with the human resources department. i dont think employees in that field will work in a similar way in 10 years. most of all the society is changing rapidly. these days i can use the technology system such as ai services and it is convenient to use. also it is good way to get a decent candidate. therefore employess will work in a different way in 10 years.
