Almost the whole military aid money never leaves the US.
Some goes to US factories, mostly for munitions,( like the one they talked about), the largest part goes to the US army, who sends Ukraine their older gear .
As a prime example, the US is sending their Abrams A1 tanks to Ukraine.
That's the model from the 1st Gulf War,( when it's GPS was the hottest new high-tech). The army then uses the money to pay for newer models.

It is possible that Zelensky's 'victory plan' will be similar to Fidel Castro's, who during the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis suggested to Khrushchev that the Soviet Union immediately fired all of its approximately 6,000 nuclear missiles at the United States.

I still never heard Zelenskyy state his plan to end the war. In his discussions with Biden I only heard him saying they will continue to need financing from the US as well as military equipment. I fully expect Ukraine to eventaully ask Harris/Biden to assist him by putting boots on the ground. Zelenskyy keeps saying this war shouldn't end at Ukraine's expense, but he needs to remember America has footed 175 billion of that expense which he doesn't have to pay back. So we've invested a lot in his war.
