What confuses me even more is how tf did the 1st bill run up so high? I could go to a hole in the wall family owned restaurant and have the best meal of my life for way less. Eat local family owned restaurants. It's also just a better experience imo.
Like, I am a woman, and I always offer to either pay my portion or split the bill. Like, I won't order steak, lobster, etc and expect my date or my friends to pay for it. Like, if I order something expensive, I'll pay for what I ordered. I went to a place called 'The Punch Bowl Social' in Indianapolis. I spent $93 on myself. (I also tipped $20 on top of that.) I had ordered steak, chips 'n queso, basket of fries, 2 strawberry daiquiris, and a soda. However, I paid for myself because I'm not an entitled lady. Like, I won't order what I can not afford. Was it hella expensive? Yes. Was the food great and did I have a great time. Also yes. Yeah, these women are crazy.
Here's an impossible idea: The BF pays for his own meal + the GF/birthday girl's meal, while the 18 other friends each pay for their own meal. Imagine if it were the BF's birthday and he expected the GF to pay for her meal + his own, or even yet, if he expected the GF and the 18 other friends to all pay for his meal and the rest of the bill
I hate going on group restaurants plans because of this exact reason. My wife and I went to a Turkish restaurant with 4 other couples, we got maybe $40 worth of food and drinks combined. The others got more expensive food and another person even got extra food to go. The main issue here was that the server for the restaurant said they cant split the checks per person because of policy, so I had to pay $70, and I even tried to tell the other couples thats not fair and they were ignoring me. I never spoke to anyone in that group again. My wife blames me that I should be more social and try to get new friends, but I hate these situations
When did this become a thing? I'm a woman and I would NEVER expect someone to pay for my friends. When I go to group dinners we don't split equally. If someone is buying starters and cocktails etc they pay more. If it's someons birthday we pay for the persons birthday meal. This is a perfect situation where a calculator needs to be used.
i just think we as a society need to focus on teaching people to become independent and mature, instead of building them up like princesses who deserve anything and everything. we perpetuate this idea that women should be taken care of and celebrated, but its at a point now where many of them expect it.
As a friend i could not have a peace of mind if a friend of mine paid a big amount of money, or anything of the sort. I would feel as if i was taking advantage of them and that's not a true friend.
It is so strange. In a time where women/ feminist say that they dont need a man and in a time women earn their own money, but rhey still want men to pay. Wanting equality means also the lesser nice thing you know. They spout how 'privileged' men are until they get their equality and see, how privileged they actually are or better, were.
Yeah it makes sense that someone orders a 100 dollar meal but has to pay 900 dollars as his split of the bill, not to mention the girl probably picked that place because it was her birthday, she wanted to be pampered and expected everyone to treat her like she was a princess because it's her special day. I hate these types of people.
I’ve had instances of adult hood (I’m 22) where other people got my food for me. Twice on my birthdays. And the others were where my friend and I would go grab McDonald’s or something and he’d pay for it that time. So then next time we went I paid for us both. And we did that a few times. But to expect someone to pay your food like that is absolutely absurd
I never understood that "split the bill" or "one person pays for everything" thing. In Poland it's extremely easy. If you are with your friends you pay for yourself (and if it's been agreed your significant other). Doesn't matter who invites who, everybody pays for themselves and everybody knows that (and if you want to pay for everybody then you have to explicitly say that while inviting people)
That is the thing, I don’t understand why people make these types of videos, like what is the appeal of them? If anything, these are just creating division, atleast in the black community because the dating conversions are more common with them compared to other races.
I never once had this issue with guys, everyone usually asks for a separate check or someone uses their card and everyone pays what they ordered (plus tips). The only times i've had this issue is with girls, they will order tons of expensive drinks and dessert then expect the group (of friends) to split the bill. I'm not paying $75+ for my meal that was around $30...
I really don't get this type of behavior. If a man asks me out and explicitly tells me he wants to pay, I am still gonna offer to pay half or at least the drinks. If he declines, I am not gonna press it any further (as *some* men do enjoy the feeling of paying for a woman) If a man asks me out and tells me nothing more, I will have money with me and again offer to pay my half. If I ask him out, I will pay for everything. That is being equal and being respectful. Men are not ATMs and shouldn't be treated like that.
This is why being single is a lot better than being in a relationship, this makes me terrified of even wanting to have a meaningful relationship. It's all wishfull thinking and most of these woman (not all of them in general) have a false sense of entitlement just because they expect to be treated like a spoiled brat.

While I’m not super rich I make more than enough but I’ve seen this behavior enough that I hide how much I earn from most people and try to make myself look poor. Gets really old really quick when everyone thinks you can be their personal atm.
As someone who’s been in a abusive relationship and got cheated on by my ex it’s literally better being single, don’t waste your time with these fake ladies guys
I'm in a relationship and sometimes my man would pay for our date nights and there are times him and I split the bill, at least we communicate to one another beforehand when going out on dates or events. As an adult, you need to be prepared and have some money on you when you go out can't expect anyone to pay for your expenses. The world doesn't revolve around you.
There are women out there who understand that your money is yours and the money she earns is hers, the money you spend on her is a gift and vise versa. Half and half everything. I'm saying this as a woman, understanding time is so precious and we're trading that for money. What's yours is yours and what's mine is mine, don't expect anything from anyone. Earn it yourself.
I always thought that a group eating together would all split the bill evenly. But if they ran up the bill that high, she should pay for herself. She got extra stuff she didn't need I assume cause what bill should be that high for dinner. Birthday doesn't matter
This seemed to be more of a problem in the West, here in my part of Asia, entitlement is often frowned or looked down upon so I can't relate to this, BUT I do sympathize with the men that suffer from women like this.
This is a black person thing, it has to be grim our family culture of not much of a father figure, a male doing everything for a female bc your peers/seniors said so, and mothers spoiling their kids
Some people be acting like their birthday should be seen as a national holiday. Like they're the main character of the world. Meanwhile I'm out here treating my birthday like it's just another day.
Sometimes you gotta make sure you and your significant other compliment each other very well. The world is stressful enough without having added bs when you come home. My home is my safe space .
This all could have been avoided to, if they all planned ahead and had that conversation beforehand. Must have been trying to guilt pressure him or something.
Grown people not being considerate of each other. That's just crazy....I always tell people if I need to split or only pay for myself to avoid situations like this and once I still found myself in this situation after the fact. I threw a commotion back, I got $15 worth of stuff and they wanted me to pay $130, when I told them before we decided on going that I wasn't going to split with anyone. Someone at the table tried to accuse me of having some food and drinks I didn't order and while she was talking - in great lengths about how I took some of the food that "coincidentally" SHE ORDERED, like 2 other people at the table were looking at her just as dumbfoundedly as I was and laughing.
The irony of a woman calling a man broke cause she can’t afford her own expenses and wants him to pay is comical.

When you are an adult it doesn’t matter if it is your birthday or not. Unless someone offers to pay for it. You should pay for it yourself.
Yea exactly.
Also nice pfp and good luck on your pulls 😇
@@MysteriousFuture Thank you I plan on getting both her and her LC.
@@ReaperGrimmi01 same here ^^
Common sense
When did this become a thing?
I'm a woman and I would NEVER expect someone to pay for my friends. When I go to group dinners we don't split equally. If someone is buying starters and cocktails etc they pay more. If it's someons birthday we pay for the persons birthday meal.
This is a perfect situation where a calculator needs to be used.
And they would complain that men wouldn’t want them
i just think we as a society need to focus on teaching people to become independent and mature, instead of building them up like princesses who deserve anything and everything. we perpetuate this idea that women should be taken care of and celebrated, but its at a point now where many of them expect it.
I can't even fathom running a bill up to 4.5k just for eating. 18 friends aint no way my parents would cuss me out if i ever put up with that.
Too many people feel entitled to other’s time and money, I can’t be around people who ask for stuff without shame.
Saying he can’t afford to go out after demanding the bill to be split is outrageous 😂. He was more calm than I would have been 😂
And this is exactly why I'm single and proud.
I'm single and proud as well '
@@MelinaPopi-kv2kl Yes, we must stay focus!
Women are strong and indepedent until the bills need to be paid! 🤣
Yup 🤣🤣🤣
So funny haha woman can't depend on themselves 😐

People who behave like that have no place in a fancy restaurant. Shameful.
You know what a normal birthday dinner is to lots of us? Pizza wings soda water some drinks that’s a birthday dinner or some home cooked food
Doesn't matter who invites who, everybody pays for themselves and everybody knows that (and if you want to pay for everybody then you have to explicitly say that while inviting people)
Lol that’s usually how it is in the US bud this isnt something that happens all the time

Pro Tip: Never join in on the celebration dinner (among friends). Show up afterwards at the after party where everyone is on their own financially.
The real question is...why are they recording this
I call "staged"!

This is some "you got money for gas?" behavior. Thanks for the PSA, Optimus. 👍
Twitter Says this was staged but even if it wasnt... intentionally doing this serves no purpose but to give people bad ideas
That is the thing, I don’t understand why people make these types of videos, like what is the appeal of them?
If anything, these are just creating division, atleast in the black community because the dating conversions are more common with them compared to other races.
Social media got a lot of these girls in a head lock 🤦🏽♂️
4600 dollar restaurant bill is crazy

I never once had this issue with guys, everyone usually asks for a separate check or someone uses their card and everyone pays what they ordered (plus tips). The only times i've had this issue is with girls, they will order tons of expensive drinks and dessert then expect the group (of friends) to split the bill. I'm not paying $75+ for my meal that was around $30...
That woman honestly thought that her man was gonna pay for the meals of 18 people he doesn’t even know!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
I really don't get this type of behavior.
If a man asks me out and explicitly tells me he wants to pay, I am still gonna offer to pay half or at least the drinks. If he declines, I am not gonna press it any further (as *some* men do enjoy the feeling of paying for a woman)
If a man asks me out and tells me nothing more, I will have money with me and again offer to pay my half.
If I ask him out, I will pay for everything.
That is being equal and being respectful.
Men are not ATMs and shouldn't be treated like that.
I like that. Guys would have good luck if there were more people like you
This is why being single is a lot better than being in a relationship, this makes me terrified of even wanting to have a meaningful relationship. It's all wishfull thinking and most of these woman (not all of them in general) have a false sense of entitlement just because they expect to be treated like a spoiled brat.
I woulda just asked the waitress for the receipt for my food and walked out w out saying a word to anybody else. That's not even worth arguing like that fr😂
i woulg get the recipt quickly pay for my meal then book it before they figure out i took off
My mom is 51. She had a birthday dinner. We all paid for all of our separate bills, her friends families, my family, my sisters family, it was all separate.
Women dont act like this, girls do. There's a difference between a woman and a girl. Ive never had a problem like this with my woman
While I’m not super rich I make more than enough but I’ve seen this behavior enough that I hide how much I earn from most people and try to make myself look poor. Gets really old really quick when everyone thinks you can be their personal atm.
How can you call someone broke when you ain’t even paying
As a woman, I agree. Don't settle. Seek quality.
As someone who’s been in a abusive relationship and got cheated on by my ex it’s literally better being single, don’t waste your time with these fake ladies guys
I'm Truly Happy Being Single.
Number 1 rule: Only pay what you ordered when goin out with groups
I just take a look around my house that I fully own and think how I wouldn't have it if I hadn't cut out people like those women.
Strong and independent until the bill comes. Too many men are dealing with trash women simply because she looks good.
😂😂😂
I always thought that a group eating together would all split the bill evenly. But if they ran up the bill that high, she should pay for herself. She got extra stuff she didn't need I assume cause what bill should be that high for dinner. Birthday doesn't matter
This gives otakus more excuse to stay in their mother's basements with their body pillows
no you cringelord, go outside and get some exercise
Fr... The most you could spend on that is like $40 instead of $4000😂
It's really tiring to hear people argue with so much energy
This seemed to be more of a problem in the West, here in my part of Asia, entitlement is often frowned or looked down upon so I can't relate to this, BUT I do sympathize with the men that suffer from women like this.
All women in the west now. Pass port bros 👑
The only people who get mad at paying separately for the bill are those whose food cost more than others.
This is a black person thing, it has to be grim our family culture of not much of a father figure, a male doing everything for a female bc your peers/seniors said so, and mothers spoiling their kids
they need to get this degeneracy under control
Yeah as a black male, we really need to get rid of the all black guys will be deadbeat dads stereotype.
