I Witnessed The Authentic Tibetan Gorshay For The First Time At Tserok Camp // 50s Years Anniversary

Great Job Lo Tserok!!! I strongly Honor and Salute to all fellow Tibetans in Lo Tserok specially those who keep up our traditional Tibetan dances, most importantly the traditional Gorshey. Tibetan dance has become so popular and practiced well due to Lhakar Day which is very amazing, but I seldom experience seeing those Unique & old traditional Gorshey as much as I wish to see. Tserok people have shown their examples, if we wanted to keep and preserve our traditional Gorsheys. I Thank and Appreciate for keeping up our tradition alive which I assume led by Mr.Tharchin whom I know personally! Thank You! Thank You!! Thank You!!! Special Thanks to Karma Brown for taking that trip to Lo Tserok's Golden Jubilee Celebration to take the video and make available to the whole world!

Browny, I completely agree with your words. This is the most authentic and the best Gorshey I have ever seen. I had the same feeling as you while watching the Gorshey from the very beginning. Nowadays, almost all the Lhakar Gorshey everywhere is fusion of Indian, Chinese and Tibetan dance. However, this beautiful Shichak has still conserved our actual culture and tradition, regardless of which provinces. They can dance and sing at the same time which is hard to find these days, other than TIPA or some other professionals. These people are enjoying and working together like one big family which is phenomenal. I think you danced in between, right? If so, then you are dancing so damn well. You are a young, good looking man with old soul, appreciable. Keep rockin, Tashi Delek.
