Make a machine such that it soaks dal and grinds it and make dosas when required and store the left over batter in the refridgerator slot in the machine.
Dosa placed in the plate having round shape not done on this machine may be on the dosa tawa. Dosa cooked traditionally on tawa is always delicious as compared to the modern machine
If you want this to work you will have to find a way to use Bater and oiling to be also with minimum effort meaning in you not have to be oiling the surface yourself you just have to put them and forget it and then you have dosa that's how you have to do it. Use an injector to introduce Bater and same for oil. You can sell pre-made Bater that way too.
