He is not engaging the T54, knowing from his small profile that he's in the crosshair. T54 knows he's screwed in that position, he was not expecting anybody there. Light tank play is about patience, spot first, shoot later, you can get 4k-5k spotting, 2-3k damage, just by doing this.
Congrats on getting your 4th mark! Where do you find the motivation to slog for it? I got my 4th mark on my BMP-2 a couple days ago and it burned me out hardcore. Despite it likely being one of the easier tanks to get MoE's on.
He's got very good reflexes. Notice how he's just stopping over the ridges to in the perfect place spot and not get hit, I get hit some times when doing this.
