In the Kingdom one when they climb the backup dancers, you'll actually notice they left one empty. And Han didn't rap the trampoline part live during the Kingdom one because it was always going to be Hyunjin's. They literally thought of everything. I literally cried when I saw the Noeasy Wolfgang performance
He did sing it live, that part was originally Hans but gave it to hyunjin

@@gaearin1662 Actually he did sing it live. I compared the Kingdom performance to the OT8 performance and in the Kingdom one it sounded more like Han. Besides if Hyunjin was on hiatus at the time there was no way he could've recorded his part until his hiatus was over.
@@orion5445 no he didn't sing it live. Yes it was Han obviously but it was a place holder. Han makes the guide tracks for everyone to follow when recording so he just left that part as himself as a placeholder. He's been doing it since Hellevator. It was playback until his actual part.
If you watch carefully, you'll notice that there are eight specific "wolf" dancers -- they surround Changbin when he first raps, they crouch as the base for when SKZ jump off their backs, etc. SKZ never stopped doing whatever they could to include Hyunjin and to communicate with us as best they could; references to eight and to a missing piece run throughout the multiple stages, and Wolfgang is no exception. Despite there being only seven of the members present, the Kingdom performance still has all eight wolf dancers, including when one of them remains very obviously as the lone wolf without a SKZ member during the leap-off-the-back choreo. So seeing Hyunjin then come to fill that empty space -- the space that was blatantly left open for him during Kingdom -- as well as rap the part that we all knew was meant for him, not Han, was such a huge, emotional moment.
We know that at least part of the time, he was there in the dorm with them during Kingdom and literally watched the performances with them. So it means that much more to know that, as we suspected, they were making all those subtle references to and inclusions of him not just for STAYs' benefit and not even just for Hyunjin's benefit as he stayed away from them and sheltered at his parents' house, but also for him as he personally sat next to them and watched them including him as best they could.
Yes! I remember crying over that lone wolf at the edge of the screen when I watched it live. So emotional!
Looking at their cumulative performances, it's clear that 3RACHA had the wolf concept for "Wolfgang" in mind from the start. Lee Know's Special Stage intro (which everyone always forgets to include when recommending the Kingdom performances: th-cam.com/video/YRryu_P06mw/w-d-xo.html ) kicks it off from the very first performance. It continues conceptually through the "Miroh" intro stage. Chan's solo moment in "God's Effects" has Mozart's Fantasia in D minor, K.397 woven into the SKZ music, and then that Mozart piece is used in the finale stage to introduce the Mozart homage and then bleed into "Wolfgang," whereafter it's subtly into the song here and there. The dance stage of Mayfly was to "Wolf," and while we never specifically saw how the team decided on that song or concept, I find it unlikely that SKZ weren't the ones to suggest it as an option for the group, considering it's a perfect match for the overall SKZ theme throughout Kingdom.
In short: They wrote this for and during Kingdom, but they 100% had an idea of the concept before they ever started, and they made every choice they could to build that theme within the bounds of the weekly assignments. It's genius how they shaped an entire continuous theme around the wolf concept without letting it override the individual stages.
Oh to be a fly on the wall during all those planning meetings ;)

As for the second performance, while most get distracted by Hyunjin, but if you look closely you can see how bloody flexible Changbin is. Everyone mentions Felix doing tae kwondo but Changbin has also done tae kwondo and you can see him do a mean round kick in some videos.

I'm in love with this performance as not only are straykids amazing rappers and singers but their choreo is o another level and a I wanna say props to the stylists and set designers as I love how the set and the clothes matched (on a side note Wolfgang was Mozart's first name)

It is one of my favorites! Stays say it is the official Stay Anthem now. Even though 3 Racha wants to pretend it doesn't exist, Stays love it because of how cringe it is. They love to tease the boys with some of the lines from it. If you watch it, then 3 Racha's reaction to them listening to it is required watching after. Love it 😂❤ To be fair Han was only 16 when he did it...if any of us had to go back and react to things we did at 16, we all may die from embarrassment. 😅 But it is really good, I love the beat and all the cringe. I hope one day they will give in and do a studio quality version of it 😂
