6:15 Nurbakhsh, you can put up supports BEFORE you hack a hole in a supporting wall, and through that PREVENT any damage to the house!!! That is at least what I am used to builders doing here in Norway, they don’t just pull down a wall and hope for the best… You can even rent temporary supports that are easy to put up. I don’t know what they are called in English though or exactly how they are used/put up, as I am not a builder. If I remember next time I see my sister, I will ask her, she is a building engineer who’s worked as an architect for a long time… 🤗

Chez nous on ouvre d’abord en haut une fente horizontale et on y met un linteau (une poutre) pour stabiliser le mur et s assurer que le haut ne s ecroule pas.
